Becky worked most of last year. I would guess it’s her. You know AL didn’t make an appointment- especially if she had to call for it.,*insert eye roll”. Though before the end of the year when people were talking about reporting AL for tax evasion from the previous year/years we got a salty Becky response saying “it’s been taken care of”, but I either believe that if AL doesn’t make nearly as much as she claims and didn’t owe much, but on the other hand, by the way she throws money away if she does make what she claims I don’t see her having a large enough chunk of change to do that and pay the penalty for not having insurance. So it’s hard for me to say. I wonder if genius is smart enough to know that if she used one of her journals to keep a detailed record and kept receipts that she could be writing a lot of things off- including food for muckbangs, part of her rent if she claimed that her shed was an office, and even going out to eat. She could even write off getting a real camera- if she is making enough where she owes.

Amber can't write off the food nor the rent because bolth are used/consumed by other people and for other purposes.
Aside these and a few other pesky details like not being able to calculate the percentage of rent she could deduct, or having enough willpower to not wolf down the food earmarked for a mukbang, she has a big problem that I'm sure she has to avoid like the plague : she'd need to register with the IRS as a business (in her case, I suspect the best option would be to get an EID - employer identification number - as a sole proprietor).

Getting an EID is easy and fast, but in Amber's case not advisable. Amber own money on her student loans and the moment her name hits any kind of searchable database collectors will come after her. (that is also one of the reasons she "can't" rent)

I don't think she's in the lease (I did a few searches on their address and her name doesn't come up. Granted, it's possible the websites I've seen are outdated).

I think so. There's a lot of weird loopholes, nuances and crap in tenancy law in regards to subletting, roommates and squatters.

Could they have her put out claiming that she doesn't pay anything? I doubt Becky would let that happen right now. I could see that happening after they break up.

They're only looking to see if the bill is in your name. So, for instance, in some states you can claim residency by having the power bill in your name so when it's mailed to you, you can use that as proof of address/tenancy.

I don’t know how it works in KY but in TN, if someone lives at a residence for over a month , (even squatters) , then by law they have to give them 30 days to gtfo. If you’re actually on the lease and renting , it’s a whole new ball game. The landlord has to file an eviction notice, it goes to court, then the court gives the occupants said amount of time to move out. The only way around this is if there is a domestic dispute and the cops are called, whoever is at fault has to move out immediately, and usually can’t have contact with the other partner involoved. If you read here Becky (or the queens) just call the law on AL when she’s “seeing black” in one of her rages, let her hit Becky, then watch them haul her off to jail, lmao, I would pay to see that.

Can you imagine Amberlynn and Becky in the kitchen in the middle of the night fighting during one of Amber's black-out binges? Or just having to listen to her rumaging around in the fridge and cabinets in the middle of the night in general because she stays up all night. That must get so fucking annoying. The microwave going off and shit. Her burping and slurping and shuffling around.
