I believe that Eric is stopping Vlogmas because every video comment section is full of normie weèns correctly identifying what a whiney useless pantywaist he is. He used to get more supportive comments, but now you need to pick through the comments to find a nice one. I don't know if this is because he's been more blatantly insufferable lately (which he has; before the surgery was bad but thor if it's some kind of displaced cow tipping for Amber, but Eric is pathetic and probably got upset about it. At least Amber takes hate comments on the chins

Another theory on him not filming:
Maybe if there was some sort of disagreement, he had enough tact to not v-log the aftermath. I mean he is actually becky's friend. He probably didn't want to shove a camera in her face on her birthday etc, especially if there is any form of drama in the house that might lead to Al being gone.

Eric's travails come at the same time as Amberlynn and Becky's serious talk, and at the same time the happy foursome is increasingly becoming a threesome due to the immobility of the elephant in the room.
Nothing lasts forever; not roommate living arrangements and not relationships (particularly Amberlynn's). Some of us have been very patiently waiting for a big shake up of this cozy little household.
We're not there yet, but some cracks are beginning to show. The fab four are starting to get on each others' nerves. Even they might not be aware of it yet. Compare the milieu now to that of early in the year, when they'd play dopey games together all day and just laugh up a storm together. If Amberlynn keeps getting crabby at Becky and the boys, and Eric becomes a lazier-than-usual infirm, and Rickie has a particularly miserable day cutting chicken heads off at the slaughterhouse...things might finally get interesting again. Any legit health crisis could accelerate this, too.

AL said in one of her vlogmas videos during the Q&A (sorry don’t remember which one, and you couldnt pay mento watch more than once) that she would like to move out, that leases aren’t forever, but did sign a contract so she is keeping to her responsiblity. She also said in it that she thinks she pays too much- maybe for what they/she is getting that made me think that she may be thinking of moving. This happened before the “serious talk”.

Yeah I feel like Amber has been dropping hints left and right, like pincher bugs out of her head... she wants to move out of Kentucky. At least Bumfuck, Kentucky. I’m fairly sure Becky could be convinced to move to Lexington as it’s still “in Kentucky”. Anywhere that has Postmates/Ubereats/Seamless etc.
Amber is realizing she can’t even do the tiniest things she was able to do 100lbs ago. Like walk from the house to the car and the car to the restaurant table/Walmart scooter.
I’m trying to decide if Amber needs Becky more or if Becky needs Amber more and it’s like 49/51%. Amber must have skipped the life skills class in foster care.
There’s a lot of shit I could ramble on about and there are many people that can relate to Amber’s life story that she clings to so desperately as to explain why she’s such a failure in almost every aspect of her life. It’s hard to come to the realization that the only reason you’re suffering is because of yourself and
your own laziness/carelessness/hedonism or whatever else.
But you’re the fucking only person shoving 10,000 calories down your throat AL. Becky isn’t force feeding you and your roommates frankly aren’t responsible for monitoring your fucking Pringles allotment for the day. You’re the only one responsible for your own misery as well as happiness. And it’s going to take a lot more work than you could have ever imagined to fix your life. And it’s much easier to just give up than it is to reverse all the fucked up things you’ve done to yourself. At best Amber is an example of how not to live; a cautionary tale.
Just when you think Amber has hit rock bottom she comes up with some other delusion aka a “new starting weight”.
I try to look at Amber-lore like I look at professional wrestling and suspend my disbelief and just be entertained by the drama but it’s getting harder and harder.

There was a video back in the spring or summer where Becky is driving in Lexington and both of them talk about how much Becky hates it/is afraid to move there. (something about only moving there if she had a concealed license or some nonsense like that)

Yeah apparently in Ambers world there’s never a cutoff age for when you’re responsible for your own life. Mommy wasn’t there to teach me hygiene so I can sit in my own filth. Mommy wasn’t there to teach me how to eat healthy so I can gain weight until I split at the seams.

Amber needs to move. She's bored as fuck in that house and has nothing to do but eat to pass the time. If Becky doesn't want to move, Amber should still go anyway. She can afford to pay movers to move her things. If Amber were to move to a city, she could get rid of the car if Becky isn't willing to go with her.
I'll admit, I didn't really expect Amber to have much luck with weight loss this year, but I never expected she'd gain so much, so quickly. It makes sense though, she's always on her ass, either in the house or in the car. She needs to get the hell out of that house.

She's eaten herself into quite the hole. Having followed her since the halcyon days of Krystle and the comfortable days of her (one true)Destiny; I've never seen her so strapped for hosts. A parasite like Amber requires a willing host. Becky seems to be going the way of Dustin. AL is becoming more of a hermit, giving Necky some respite from her constant, demanding presence to spend some 'normal' time with the gays. AL can't seem to help herself and exhausts her welcome at some point with every partner/caregiver she wrangles.
To snap and blame Becky and then sulk at home seems like the beginning of another of Amber's cycles.
Problem is, she's shorter on options with each pound she gains. Short of finding a creep with a full-on feeder fetish AL is dry on options for U-Hauling her gargantuan ass out of bumfuck Kentucky.
There's an expiry date to all of her relationships and she seems to lose patience and put in less effort/become more demanding before each break-up.
I doubt she has a spare thumb in her DMs.
