It’s meaningless. She meant willy nilly. The news article emphasised the quote without explanation just to show what a retard she is (in their eyes). It’s A-OK to mock Aussies for speaking wrong, but verboten to do any error checking on the stream of garbage coming out the mouth of ESL speakers.

There's actually programs in Alice Springs that puts them in a residential setting and tries to teach them to clean their houses, cook meals and wash their clothes and generally maintain a routine and a sanitary living space. There are PSAs at the hospital basically telling black fellas to wipe up their kids snot, change their nappies and clean their clothes occasionally. They have support workers to take them to and from school, whether they live in a camp or government housing. Schools feed them and provide them clothing as well. Breaching bail is no longer a crime so the court has basically just become a merry-go-round for the same kids and adults to terrorise the community. The NT is a Labor safe area thanks to the Abbo vote and they always add extra restrictions on whitey but remove any red tape for the black fellas.

There is literally more support in Alice Springs for black fellas than I've ever seen anywhere else. It's like a 1:1 ratio of placements to black fellas but they do not want to improve.

I do need to be fair and say that the crime is mostly done by the same like 25% of black fellas, the rest are mostly harmless, they're just useless eaters and will perpetuate the cycle with their kids.

That has been my experience. It's almost always 1 or 2 families that cause 100% of the crime in town.
The rest just mull around, sink piss and live on takeaway and servo food.

I once hit my site about an hour early. Rolled the windows down and had a nap in the 4WD while I waited to clock on.
Two coon women walked past chatting. I remember the dialog went as follows:

Abbo 1: "Ohhh....I'm feeling a bit bloated after that feed."
Abbo 2: "Yeah?"
Abbo 1: "Yeah. I had 3 eggs and four sausages"
Abbo 2: "Fuck me dead!"

They went in and came out with sausage rolls and bottles of Splashe cola (the non-alcoholic beverage of choice on the frontier)

The next town I worked in, I walked past a pack of 7 of them. They were talking about how the hamburgers are good because they put pineapple on them.
They really love their tucker.
 
All this talk about Abo living conditions makes me laugh. They literally reject civilisation at all costs. A friend of mine was telling me about a coworker of his who was doing repairs in commission housing, and there was one flat with Abos living in it. They had broken the toilet roll holder, so instead of putting the toilet rolls on the floor or something, they punched a hole in the wall and stuffed the toilet roll into it. It's so retarded, it's almost brilliant.
