I don't think it's a good design, but the colors are complementing.

When you consider how visually fucked the field of vision is on most fursuits, this absolutely NAILS "I need to fucking see, you morons" without making it weird(er than a cycloptic alien).

I like the color pallet personally, but I think itd look a lot better if the main blue was more pastel in color. It's far too bright as it is.
