If anyone wants to know what a Dodo was like, I give you the Puffin.
Having worked around them periodically, they are dumb and fearless, but can fuck off into the ocean when threatened, unlike the Dodo.
They also got the panda black and white diabetes cuteness going on so they got that going for them as well.
Puffins are stupid and adorable and I want a million of them.

Crows are smart mother fuckers. They use coordinated flight patterns to migrate and they WILL remember your face. Like if you ever harm a crow the others in the flock will sound and alarm about it and warn the others about you and they will remember you and avoid or even attack you if they can. I'm serious do hot fuck with crows

If you regularly feed crows or other corvids, they'll also start bringing you gifts like shiny objects. I wanted to try teaching crows to bring me money in exchange for food. It's most likely doable but just a lot of work.
 
Lammergeiers are the best fucking birds. They're so neat and absolutely gorgeous to look at.

Sounds like a good quarantine goal. You have the time now, and teaching a bird to fetch you things so you don't have to leave the house sounds totally kosher with the self isolation guidelines.

May I suggest a crow caller? I have one myself and it brought over three of them in front of my house in less than ten minutes

I didn't know that was a thing. I live in an apartment building so I doubt my neighbors would appreciate me filling my balcony with crows.
