Black Jesus was basically Aaron McGruder’s version of Trailer Park Boys. I think that it only lasted for two seasons, though.Seasons 1-3 of Boondocks still holds up. I don't really like the comics strips though.
Is his other show black jesus any good?
Not sure why, but didn't know he voiced him.Just found out Ed Asner passed away at the age of 91, and a lot of people don’t know that on The Boondocks, he was the reason why the Wuncler family were very affluent in the suburbs:
Man a lot of the Boondocks cast are dropping dead. First Charlie Murphey, then John Witherspoon, and now Ed Asner. Pretty sad.Just found out Ed Asner passed away at the age of 91, and a lot of people don’t know that on The Boondocks, he was the reason why the Wuncler family were very affluent in the suburbs:
To be fair, I also didn’t know Samuel L. Jackson voiced Gin Rummy. I kept thinking of him voicing Officer Tenpenny during the time I played GTA: San Andreas, and I thought to myself, “He voiced a character in The Boondocks, too?”Not sure why, but didn't know he voiced him.
Sam is in fucking everything. He voiced Afro Samurai and Ninja Ninja. To be fair, I also didn’t know Samuel L. Jackson voiced Gin Rummy. I kept thinking of him voicing Officer Tenpenny during the time I played GTA: San Andreas, and I thought to myself, “He voiced a character in The Boondocks, too?”
RIP Ed Asner. Thanks for voicing our friendly Woodcrest White man. Ed Wuncler II wasn't a good character.Just found out Ed Asner passed away at the age of 91, and a lot of people don’t know that on The Boondocks, he was the reason why the Wuncler family were very affluent in the suburbs:
He was by far the worst part of the already shitty season 4. They literally just made a generic evil rich guy when the Wuncelers were entertaining assholes.RIP Ed Asner. Thanks for voicing our friendly Woodcrest White man. Ed Wuncler II wasn't a good character.

Already unlikable compared to III.
I think the best part is Huey's blank expression at the end.
Riley on "gender equality." Huh.
