The people that do have guns don't need to stock pile ammo. They have been paranoid about their guns being taken off them and had to repeatedly change their ammo due to new laws on what type of shot can be used. I would bet most shotgun owners have spare ammo laying around because it's illegal to shoot.

The riots didn't start because of the girls being killed, they started because the mourners were threatened. But they can claim misinformation about the killer kicked this off to lie to you twice.
