Hello 2026 join date! Anyways I only really caught 1 or 2 streams since the thread got made and it was primarily to try and contain talk about a guy people wanted to talk about. He just seemed at the time like a guy who streamed vidya with a peanut vtuber Ptuber avatar and unless anything has changed since then I am not entirely aware.

I got a kind of gay youtube ad today that was some link to a steam game it didn't say the name of and it was like "help save captain peanut!" and was just using an unrelated livestream clip of this guy. Weirded me out because I wasn't looking at youtube at the time and though autoplay had just brought up his stream on autoplay or something for once instead of a shitty video essay.

but also yeah the meta now is to make slop shit or even just scams from the popular creators. this has been happening for years with mr beast
