Hi! I'm new here and since I'm a huge fan of this game, I looked through this thread and I noticed that someone posted progress reports so I'm gonna pick up the slack.

Steady Work

The work last month has been steady and routine.

One milestone worth mentioning is that the core gameplay for the next episode has been completed from end to end. This gives a true count of how many art assets will be needed to finish off the episode.

Until this point, it was unclear how many audio tracks, cutscenes, backgrounds, and character dialogue sprites would be needed. It's not possible to guess ahead of time how many art assets are required to best stage and convey a written scene ahead of time.

As alluded to in past reporting, with this information a more accurate progress report can be made available.


Further Details

Now that there are placeholders for everything, the internal progress tracking is fully mapped out. To provide context, a summary infographic has been created of the work that remains. While no time estimates are possible, it should give a picture of how things are moving forward in the months ahead.

Certain areas of work take a significant amount of the total time.

An overall timeline update is still needed, but that will have to wait until work begins on those episodes. Everything mentioned here covers the next episode being released, which is one of the three still remaining.

TLDR: The next episode has essentially reached Beta phase. While an exact timeline hasn't been fully worked out yet, the coming months are very likely to see a full release, possibly before the New Year. Have at it with your pitchforks people.

How old is Vocaloid though, as a program? She's been one of their mascots for as long as I can recall.
Granted, as long as we're talking about trashy Autotuned whores, I'll still take Miku over Taylor Swift any day. She's probably a little less of a fucking psychopath.

She's not a lesbian. She's not anything. She's just a programmable meat shell for whatever Flavor of the Month Thing™ the overlords at Goyslop Inc are trying to push, that has the occasional BSoD where her original kernel asserts itself as Crazy Bitch '95 and crashes the whole OS.
Unironically, she is more fake and gay than a straight-up computer program made to sing a limited selection of vocal tones and make autists uncomfortable in the pants.

~ 17 years, 1 month, so the program itself will reach the age of majority on August 31, 2025. The character is portrayed as being 16. So, I guess at this point, it can be considered that the program is engaging in "age play" since she is stating that she is younger than she is.
