He's sorry you guys. Sorry it took him years to actually donate. Sorry he got caught.

Okay, so let's see:

- Make an appeal to the emotional side by telling everyone that you made a great sacrifice by donating your mother's organs to science and research.
- Provide answers and receipts for things nobody was asking for (Who the fuck was arguing about whether OHF was a private foundation or a public charity?? obviously that was not the issue at all!)
- Explain why you didn't donate the money until he was called out for it with a "oops, my bad. SOWWY"
- Provide the total amounts fundraised for one specific year, and then get fuzzy about the others (It was COVID, you guys! and then people took so long to send the money we had to declare it the next fiscal year!).
- Casually mention that the Golf Tournament was to "bring awareness" instead of fundraising (all those signs saying it benefitted the OHF were a "clerical error" too, I guess).
- Once again, backtrack about how ALL the money was going to be donated by now claiming that all these events cost a lot, and obviously it had to be paid from the fundraised money (As passionate as Jirard is about this, he seems to be very reluctant to put his own money where his mouth his. It's easier to be charitable with other people's money, I guess)
- Provide some figures about 2023's fundraised money. Still not give an answer about whether they're going to donate this money.
- Claim that all is above board (without providing receipts about this, fancy that) and if there are any "mistakes", they're just "clerical errors". And by the way guys, I'm not in the charity board anymore. But everything is super duper fine and that's not cause for concern at all.
- Get indignant about people besmirching your reputation and your family's good name. Threaten to sue for *checks notes* being accused of not donating fundraised money that he's on record claiming was being donated and *checks notes again* for noting that there are many inconsistencies with the money declared and the actual money fundraised, aka FRAUD.

Good luck with you libel suit fat fuck, especially on commyfornia and their anti-SLAPP laws.

Honestly, libel ANYWHERE is disgustingly hard to actually win a suit for and even less so when there's clearly other legal issues behind his everything that's going on. Any attorney that takes that case is either:
A. A fucking fool
B. Taking all of his money knowing full well this is a lost cause
C. An utter tard
D. All of the above

With the Billy Mitchel Saga ending, it looks like we're about to get some more content from Karl Jobst in the Jirard saga.

Nothing says "We did nothing wrong. We acted absolutely in line with the law and Karl and Muta are slandering us without ground" as immediately stepping down from the board.

I can't speak for SomeOrdinaryGamers as I only watched Karl's video, but he was so careful in his choice of words, he never directly said "they're committing charity fraud", he said "based on the numbers I have here, it looks like he might be committing charity fraud". Good luck suing him. It can only get funny.

The really funny bit? This will placate his fanboys fully. They will go back to business as usual... until a year later the IRS comes knocking. This is what makes this special, winning the public perception game means fuck all because that is the smallest of your worries if shit starts getting judicial.

So he's either as crooked as his family or so naïve they used him to steal money and he's still defending them. Either way it's pathetic.

When he organizes Indieland, he’s a energetic, intelligent, negotiating logistical planner bringing together tons of companies, celebrities, streaming equipment, renting locations, and all of these other managerial duties efficiently and competently.

When it comes to donating money on the other end, he’s described as incompetent, just a spokesperson, over worked, tired, stretched too thin, only a director on paper, naive, ineffective, and lacking in managerial experience.

Not only can Jirard not get his story straight, but his mouth breathing tranny fans can’t get their story straight on who Jirard is.

I truly hope Muta and Karl didn't fuck something up and they really do have these people dead to rights.
Let’s put it this way. Jirard just made more claims that weren’t verified. His golf math speech…that’s fine and all, but there’s no documentation of any money going in, no documentation whatsoever about on his filings. There’s no real explanation as to why they changed from a Private Foundation to a public charity, other than his claim there was “restrictions”. He made a blanket statement claim that the filings just had “clerical errors” but did not elaborate further. There was no explanation why he said what he said in the discord call.

This video was a repeat of his last fuck up. People started asking these questions in his subreddit and he is locking it down, along with deleting YouTube comments. What he actually did was dig his hand out of his grave, grab nearby shovel, and buried himself even more.

fuck this dude boils my piss

it doesnt matter if you dontated your mothers corpse to research, fuck it wouldnt matter if you spent literally every moment of your life since her passing devoting yourself to researching dementia cures out of your own pocket for free rather than enriching yourself being a literal clown on youtube

WHat matters is you told people you were dontating money to charity and you failed to do this until someone brought it up

for a decade youve sat on these funds, funds that could have gone to any number of research projects and instead it sat there losing value due to inflation

and then this fucker, when caught again starts parading his mothers literal corpse around as a shield to deflect this criticism

I know that I'm shouting into the void here but I'm annoyed because my feed is full of this drama since in my lifetime I've watched a handful of Completionist videos.

Nonprofit is just a US tax designation, they are glorified slush funds. Most people who claim to be nonprofit don't even understand that. I used to have a job where church leaders would figuratively shit their pants at me because I charged them tax and told them the only way I wouldn't is if they submitted their tax exempt forms ahead of time. So much for render unto Caesar what is Caesar's. The best exchange I had with some church leader was telling them "If you were tax exempt you'd already know what forms you'd need and would have a copy". Nonprofit is a Capitalist construct that makes you feel like you can be a good person by continuing to consume or by working for free for somebody else.

The whole idea that you're gonna give money to someone else who REALLY knows who needs that money is asinine. I'm pretty sure that is someone's standup bit, but it's true. You "raise awareness" for a cause, and then give a small fraction of what you raised to that cause all while collecting a salary, hosting events and dinners with the money provided, etc. At every step of the way you make sure that your nonprofit is hiring your friends and vendors owned by your friends so they get a piece of the pie. The org you're giving your money to is doing the same thing. It's turtles all the way down. Remember Games Done Quick? I'm pretty sure the news articles are dead now or cleaned up but at one point a charity they gave their money to hired at least of the GDQ kids as a consultant while he was still employed by GDQ. If you're already independently wealthy you also make tax deducible donations to your charity and then use that money for expenses, travel, etc. hence why it's a slush fund.

Stores can't write off customer donations made at checkout, but they still do anyways. I've literally had people try to shout me down IRL when I've brought this up.

Don't let anyone ever try to shame you for not giving your money away or for not giving them something for free because of their nonprofit tax status. It's also way easier to say "no" and "fuck off" to these holier than thou assholes if you legitimately do charity in your community that you care about. Bring pet food and toys to an animal shelter or give a homeless person socks or a meal for example. But keep in mind that if you volunteer to work for a 501c, you're working for free so someone else can get paid. There is a nonprofit in my community that is a business, I go out of my way to solicit them and I pay a little more because I do believe in what they do. But those flyers asking for donations that come in the mail go straight in the trash, I'm not paying for some director's grass fed steak. Our relationship is purely quid pro quo.

I honestly think I would treat a charity without a nonprofit designation with less suspicion.
