What is the current best method to keep Steam from auto updating the game? I no longer see any option to decline updates/keep current version in the games library "preferences" tab? Create a Steam folder on an external drive that is only connected after launching Steam in offline mode?

Phil should care about poor DownFromTheRafters/TheGunShow84/TheyCallMeDSP in WWE Champions who has been wrongfully harassed for years because detractors assume it's Phil. He could stop the harassment showing his phone for a few seconds.
It's more interesting to me if Phil's not lying and there is someone in the detractor community petty enough to dmca in Phil's name just to fuck with both the dev and phil. I would love to read the thread on that hypothetical person because holy shit.
Phil probably didn't. There's an unpaid retard out there named Superhound that has filed DMCA claims for years for and against Phil.
Do not expect consistency in his actions when it comes to this.

It’s a very basic roguelike. Here’s some more well-known and imo much better examples:
FTL is one of the greatest indie games of all time. I can't recommend it enough. Another excellent more action-based roguealike is Death Road to Canada.
