Cruel.com ► PTKFGS ► /b/ since Max was being a fag and helping someone named Moot ► Reddit since the sheer amount of Cheese Pizza on /b/ made me not want my IP anywhere near it ► 8chan's /pol/ board for webm threads since Reddit started to suck ► Youtube's TheRightStuff and TheRalphRetort days until Zidan left and TRS was gigabanned for obvious reasons ► Kiwifarms

Apparently I should be sorry for being a politically obsessed newfag/doomer, and I somewhat am. I hope Null doesn't mind being the latest Max/Moot/Hotwheels for people like me? I was never a lurker so he probably does..

I know you love trannies dearly as you always defend them in chat at every opportunity, but trying to co-opt the term "virtue signalling" is not very subtle. Then again, libtards were never much for subtlety.

The best thing about Kiwifarm has always been its users. Not even the lolcows are as interesting. Lolcows are more or less catalysts for users to organize and express themselves.

@Rio The negative reaction to trannies are a result of recent censorship pushed by the worst, including this website. People will continue to vent about trannies until larger mainstream communities allow people to criticize them and to keep them in check. Shitting on troons is probably an inseparable part of Kiwifarm's culture now.

I joined in the tail end of the controversy era but really was drawn in because of metokur and ezpz lolcow videos. I just found off topic more interesting than the lolcow threads, which is usually the case (blogpost and chat).

I’ve lurked since 2014 and joined in 2016 when the ADF subforum became private.

I do agree that the tone of the forum has changed dramatically. I think this place is becoming a catch basin for any group that gets banned due to wrongthink. My primary beef with that is how apparent it is that Internet discussions have become echo chambers. So these refugees come in expecting their own safe space and it’s on the rest of us to accommodate them. Fuck that!

The downside is that these refugees are pretty much encamped in certain sections of the forum and are pretty insufferable. If you want some good comparisons, check out the Rat King forum with the Stinkditch forum. The former was laughing at troons, the latter is just legbeard bullshit. Laughing at troons was a big reason for joining and now it’s been turned into a sewer by the TERFs. It is what it is.

My favorite moments are when some newfag shows up and thinks they will single-handedly change the forums culture. I’ve seen more of these post-merge and I appreciate that they haven’t made inroads yet. The TERF bullshit is obnoxious but if Dear Feeder starts accommodating the dangerhair crowd, then the forums are done. Fortunately I see no signs of that currently.

I think I joined CWCki Forums (KF then) for 2 main reasons.

1: I kept up with the Tale of Fail (AKA "Christory")
2: I also saw the rising tide of SJW BS.

The "GamerGate" circus started a few months after I joined.

I discovered the Farms during the Merge and I was absolutely enthralled, fascinated and scared by the ILJ thread.

But I mostly registered so that I could sperg about Star Wars

I try not to be too much of a retard so I avoid politics/cultural wars/A&H stuff as much as I can

This is my third account, but I initially joined around the time the DSP board was actually thriving and Internet Famous was full of people like LTG and Shmorky around 2016. I knew about GG and all the lolcows surrounding it, but I didn't care about them all that much. I was really into FGC autism at the time.
