I usually hate the trend of dilution for normal people, but most of it's unnecessary and merely ensures one must watch it alone or in likeminded company. I not long back finished watching all of The Venture Bros. and can't recall anything that wasn't appropriate for the feelings it was trying to get across; nipples in a strip club or Rusty's traumatic memory of seeing his father's penis are very different from the crap in most anime, which serves as softcore porn and little else.
