I know Taniquetil is a troon from the look of him in the Zaric TR staff interview. He seems to be the rare actual medical troon and works for the state of Colorado as a clerical officer. Idk he does good work doing Sultan on Rum's bidding organizing the asset browser. Sultan is always hunting for new blood tho. He keeps saying that if they got like 20 more dudes to just churn thru the texture and GIMP work they would be releasing expansions twice as fast on just volunteerism.

As long as the quality keeps up and they manage to restrain from insterting fetishism into the mod, I don't give a shit about the personal lives of anyone that works on Tamriel Rebuilt. And considering they have so far, I remain pleased.

Daedroth best summon btw. Mauls everything in 3-5 hits even on Master. Effortlessly 1v1s the highest level Hungers, Gnarls, Grummites and Scalons, and basically soloed the fucking Gatekeeper with minimal input from me. I just chill in the back with my paralyzing staff out and a multi-element destruction spell ready should the enemy de-aggro or something. It's actually kind of boring, but I did immediately go from scamps to giant lizards, skipping everything inbetween (money is kinda tight if you're not actively trying to break the economy, spells alone cost me like 10k gold). SI's Dementia side is fantastic for spellcasters, because the most common plants have magicka restoration on them.
Destruction spells also have much more force applied to them so it's actually possible to send the ragdolls flying a considerable distance. A boar that attacked me neear Bravil was tossed over the city walls after it died to my fireball.
 
Huh. I apparently killed someone in Oblivion Remastered and have no idea when. Only found out when I was doing the dreamworld quest and got interrupted by a professional voice actor. Only thing I can think of is the bimbo that jumps you outside of town as part of a guild quest (although I'm pretty sure I let the helper kill her) and maybe the guy who stole a necklace (who attacked me first).

Ah well. It doesn't matter I guess, and makes it easier than having to figure out who to gank to meet that voice actor.
 
Yeah, just ignore the recent Lua injection breakthrough which basically allows any kind of mod to be created.

Yes, it would appear they have no intention of patching the game even after they went out of their way to ask people what they wanted fixed or added the most. I figured they would at least fix the most blatantly broken shit like broken effects such as Starlight not working in first person and height issues that can literally make certain quests unbeatable but I suppose I once again expected too much from Bethesda.

Sweep it up for us modders! Get fucked consolecucks!
 
I just found out backing OpenMW up on another drive makes the thing think I am reinstalling it. Then you need to copy the back up into the new install because fuck you. I had no idea OpenMW was this much of a spazz over getting backed up.

Also found out my MO2 folder is nearly 100GB. Holy shit.

Lua possibilities are basically infinite. Morrowind literally got a working PHYSICS mod thanks to it. Groomblox and Gmod are both also Lua paradises, and you probably know that these games are infinite possibility sandboxes.

Modders are now able to hook UE4SS Lua scripts to ingame events, meaning you can actually do mods beyond extremely basic things that don't need interaction with game systems now, where before any script injected with UE4SS wasn't able to actually read the game state or events happening. You still need to essentially reverse engineer the game in order to know about events and hooks, and you can write mods in Lua, Blueprint (via PAK injection) or C++ using UE4SS. There isn't an API like MWSE or OpenMW have. Lua in MWSE and OpenMW (and Gmod and Roblox) is just a scripting language, you need core engine functions to be exposed to it in the first place, which is what becomes the API.

You don't understand the genius behind Todd. Pay Jeets pennies the slap UE5 on top of an old game and send it as Bethesda has already conditioned and curated a fanbase that will not only buy anything, but fix their buggy games. Who needs testers or actual programmers anymore when the fans make the content.

They should "Remaster" more games. Get ready for a Morrowind remaster when Skywind is near it's release.

Most notably blank interior map, stuck chameleon effect, bald Vicente and stuck Savlian. :story: Plenty of infinite loading, too, which I thought was the fault of my shitty rig. I hope the update doesn't just break everything like it did for Skyrim, which needed a new script extender version even if the patch was some irrelevant shit like

Just found out that requiem now requires creation club content as masters. Fuck this shit. My entire mod list is built on 1.5.9.7 and I've had absolutely no reason to install AE until now. In fact for a good number of years "upgrading" to AE was considered inadvisable. There is a separate .ESP for creation club integration, so it was totally unnecessary to include in the main file.

Guess they assume everyone has the Anniversary edition now. Still dumb, of course. Not everyone wants that. I get not wanting to support multiple versions, but how hard is it to just say you can't help with one version anymore in the description while leaving the unsupported version up? They're free mods, anyway. I've only made basic shitpost mods, so I might be talking out of my ass.

AE version is, by modders, the one with the fish, saint's & seducers and survival mode, which are CC by default.
The other CC crap is generally hated by these modders and doesn't have support of them.

Pirate v1.6.1170 and then install this mod to remove all the CC bullshit you don't want. You will have to leave fishing and survival CC installed for most mods to work. Pretty much every SE mod has been ported to AE or has an AE replacement that works better. If you pirate AE from a Russian site make sure you change the voice files to English unless you want everyone speaking Russian.
