Is this tamriel rebuilt?
Finally started to document my load order in Skyrim so I don't spend hours or days working on it. Before I used to be pretty unorganized and often forgot to add things. Now I'm making sure to document everything from the order, patches, to any fixes I have to do manually. Should shave a lot of time off of modding.

I was starting to notice a lot of black/brown faces on NPC's after installing some new NPC overhauls so decided to take it slow and work on everything so there's less of an issue.

Well, i'm done.
I'm searching DLC-sized mods for Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim; probably like the same level as Tribunal/Bloodmoon, Shivering Isles and Dawnguard/Dragonborn in overall quality.
I know at least Morrowind have Tamriel Rebuilt but what the others? I'm a bit tired replaying the same game with the same DLC's if i know about those.
I always hear about Faalskar but i don't know actually, any ideas?

Tamriel Rebuilt for Morrowind is the gold standard for Morrowind mods. Balmora Underground, Annastia, Ald Vendras, Keening and Sotha Sil Expanded are a few "DLC sized mods" that I found pretty good although some are ancient now.

I rarely play Oblivion now but some Mods I found great were Nehrim,MERP and Elsweyr The desert of Anequina to name a few.

For Skyrim I would recommend Wyrmstooth, Beyond:Bruma, Enderal, Moonpath to Elsweyr, Forgotten City, Legacy of The Dragonborn, Apotheosis, Glenmoril, Vigilant, Midwood Isle, Project AHO and Lordbound.

Yes. They're building the expansion for House Dres in the next year hopefully after western morrowind and mainland Redoran land are completed.

The guy's working on OpenMW are going to release the engine at some point as an open source game engine on github. So we may get a number of Morrowind esque dlc sized games
I'd like a new renaissance of games made in the style of morrowind. Less fucking Unity engine is always a good thing.

Has anyone managed to get Nemesis working on MO2 without any issues and without having to turn off Windows Defender? I find it will work for a day then bug out. I've had less issues with FNIS in nine years than I have had with this mod.

Try adding Nemesis as an exclusions in Defender if you don't wanna turn off real time every time. If you've installed it through MO2, excluding the instance folder should work.

I've done that. It's set to run as admin, runs in win7 compatibility mode too, and still runs like shit. It's a coin toss to see if it wants to work or not. Seeing as how it can only run when it's excluded from Defender or your virus scan is turned off it makes it a target for someone to infest it with viruses and shit.

Anyone play with Morrowind Multiplayer? https://tes3mp.com/
Played with a group from college and got ganked by Telvanni freshmen sending me flying in air to die from fall damage because they wanted my mana potions.
I have played it and I was very impressed with how well it works just need to nag and harass convince some of my friends to play on a private server.

Speaking of TES multiplayer, I kind of hope that the investment into multiplayer for Fallout 76 carries over into VI. I think that something like 4 player co-op option would make for a fun time in any of the 3D games. The games should be still be made as if they are singleplayer, but just having the ability to mess around with or attempt challenge runs with, etc. It doesn't have to be balanced or super detailed. OpenMW MP is proof that it can be fun

I just hope that 76 hasn't soured the market to any form of multiplayer option in Bethesda games. The problem with 76 wasn't that it was a multiplayer game. It was that they made it into some weird attempt at a mmo-lite/GTA online thing which would be bad enough, but then they also fucked it up on top of that

TL;DR small scale multiplayer ( ideally 4, maybe 8) ) could be fun, hopefully, 76 hasn't buried it.

All "open world rpgs" should base their optional multiplayer on San Andreas Online. The autistic powerplays and game of old and new gangs rising and falling with different alliances was what made it great. When I played Morrowind MP all the Telvanni players would go powermad making player gangs of murderhobo wizards against everyone while Mages and Fighters guild players would team up to defend themselves with anti-magic gear while the thief guilds would be thieves for hire stealing whatever was paid them, since pickpoketing/sneaking in OPENMW was fixed. It was great.

I would want to play a 6th house conflict sometime, half the players are 6th house and the other half are trying to stop them from taking and planting flags or something, I feel like morrowind MP could make for some compelling conflicts

Fable 3 had multiplayer for rpgs done pretty well, despite the games overall flaws. Overall a single player game, but if you want some buddies to come play with you, you can. Unfortunately you can't really monetize that, so it probably wouldn't happen.

what are some good alternatives for immersive weapons and immersive armor? I feel those 2 mods haven't aged that well and I'm looking to try something different in this new playthrough

I think the backlash towards Fallout 76 might've scared Bethesda a bit, given their insistence on Starfield being single player.

As far as co-op for TES goes, the most I'd expect is a sequel to TES Online since that's separate from the mainline titles.

Is OpenMW the best way to have a vanilla playthrough in current year? I've played Morrowind a couple of times but never got far for reasons.

It is the most stable of the releases, I am some one who uses the Morrowind Construction set, and they are set to release a better one, and have the engine itself as open source free license ware. It is needed for some of the more powerful mods
