I doubt there will be propper modding support. Ue5 isn't as modular as gamebrio. So the question is how fucked the game without a community patch and a console.

There are legitimate reasons to criticize Bethesda.
The ones given by some of those on here and people like Crowbcat, Enclave Emily (Portuguese Troon), Creetard and others are not.

Yeah, Body Type A and B sucks. I know, I completely agree. I’m worried about UE5 like everyone else but not AS worried as I’ve heard it’s just for graphics and the whole game isn’t made in it, and no mod support does suck for the PC brethren and it would be nice to have mods on console like Skyrim and Fallout 4.

That being said, mod support may come later down the road like it always does with these games. Bethesda games usually never have day one mod support.
But the fact that some morons are trying to say Bethesda hates modders on the same level as Nintendo and Rockstar do is just idiotic.

Starfield still has no official modding tools. That is why people are skeptical it will be moddable. Of course maybe they just didn't bother since Starfield is a dead game that makes this remake look good and full of soul and identity.
