The Elder Scrolls

Doubt it, this uses UE5 where as i believe ES6 uses the same creation engine starfield does. It's nostalgia bait and while I was somewhat excited, I'm less excited now its out
Gamebryo(old version of Creation) is the renderer, the part you can actually see. So they took the codebase and attached it to UE5. It's the same exact game with a new coat of paint from a different brand.

It's honestly eye-opening to see how rage is generated by changing a few text boxes, updating the physics engine slightly, and fixing the janky faces. I was always on the gamergate side in general, feeling like it was righteous to rage against the new modalities. But in this case I've gotta say, it is some genuine impotent faggot shit to get mad that Oblivion has a remake that is barely different than the original game and that people are playing it.

But I guess I'm not surprised. The Silent Hill 2 remake was a massive success and if you check the KWF thread about it there is immense reeeeing and sperging that anyone would touch their 2001 pile of shit because it's theirs.
I think its super cringe when people go "ITS WOKE IT SUCKS REE" and be these purists when elden ring had the same thing. I dont care if people pirate or buy it. The game did not look like they added piles of woke shit and they didnt. And then I just made a simple fucking mod to fix it or whatever for the purists and to calmly own the commies and trannies who I hate greatly. I just dont see the need to sperg about it. Its like, dont let the perfect be the enemy of the good. If anything it signals bethesda is sensing the greater pushback and is moving in the right direction back to normality.

I'm not mad, just something I noticed

Wait a minute, I was originally confused by what you meant, but they ACTUALLY REMOVED RAGDOLL PHYSICS? So you can't take an enchanted warhammer and launch them over a cliff anymore? You can't use an AOE spell to send them into space? Can you even use the grab button to place them into doors and watch them glitch up into the ceiling? Did they seriously turn dead bodies into only a loot item, or is this just a one time glitch?

The tranny shit is the only legit complaint I have about it thus far. And that's more of an issue than the neckbeard snobs bitching about how it doesn't run at 1488 frames per second.

Yeah, but do you really give a shit? Like to the point that it's ruining your experience with the game?

That's what I'm saying, the "outrage" is manufactured over this. 99% of people don't care enough because once you get past that screen, it's still Oblivion.
I think I speak for most people, Body 1 and Body 2 is fucking stupid. In most games Body 1 and Body 2 is a dogwhistle for this game is going to be trash tier because LGBT people don't have a professional bone in their body to make a good game.

There is no way that there are enough people actually mad about Body 1 and Body 2 to warrant an article or news coverage saying "right wing people are outraged". Really, right wing people? More than half the population of the country? Are you saying the game should have 300k concurrent people but because trannymods blocked the mod to change it back to Male and Female, Obivion is unplayable for more than half of all gamers?

Yeah, I'm calling bullshit.

Holy shit.
How retarded do these people have to be to think fog is better?

Posting this comparison because I still had not seen it it this thread. Clock me if late.
Pay attention to every single interior cell, is like someone has been hotboxxing all of Cyrodiil, its insane. But muh godrays!!! It completely washes the image out and is the main contributor of the brown shit smearing because its not just fog, its volumetric fog, volumetric fog that does light scattering and absorption.

You can turn off just volumetric fog with r.volumetricfog 0 if you still want the blue atmosphere fog, but even that is way too strong because they scaled the sky atmosphere planet size way down to make the world look bigger.

As a brief, positive, aside from the Oblivion Remaster discourse, here is a great mod for a better game.

I played Oblivion for the first time last year, and then tried to play Morrowind. Oblivion is an old game, but I can play it, finish it, just fine. Morrowind I spent some 10 hours going around the world and still having no clue where I need to go to continue (start?) my main quest.
As someone not involved in the franchise, Oblivion did not need a remake, it is perfectly accessible, with a sane(r) UI. Morrowind feels like a game from another century in comparison.

The soul stuff is just nostalgia and stuff. Also, if all I see in here is real, there is a bunch of slop in the new game.
The whole fun of Morrowind is getting lost. Basically, you have to find a guy named Caius Cosades. The soldier gives you some money, so go up the hill to that big bug, talk to the guy nearby, and ask him to take you to Balmora. Then, ask about Cosades from the townsfolk there. You'll be directed to the Corner Club bar across the river from the bug. Go in there and keep asking around. The bar owner will tell you his house is at the end of the next street.

Once you meet Cosades, he'll give you your first mission. Go to the Fighter's Guild back across the river and talk to a guy in the basement. He'll tell you to go to some ruins and find a cube. You'll have to follow a path out of Balmora, pass by an Imperial fort, go through some cliffs, cross over a cooled lava road, and find a bridge. Careful, there's a mage who summons a skeleton and shoots fireballs at you. If you can kill them, then inside the ruins are more bandits to fight. The cube is on a shelf. Then you have to bring it back to the guy.

Honestly, it's made hard on purpose and you'll probably die to the bandits if you didn't level up a few times. That's why you're encouraged to do missions for the guilds first.

In my opinion:
- Adds A/B instead of Male/Female and other gay word changes.
Extremely gay, but fine if it's not molesting the rest of the experience.
- Removing mods that allow me to change the gay bullshit
Turn these fuckers into hamburger meat. I hope they get a sharty hack in the future.

Even if you don't care like me about bethesda itself taking this out, you absolutely need to fight back on other people trying to regulate nd control what you can say and what you can look at. Not even on a politisperg level, this was how we ended up with shit like not being able to say "suicide" on youtube and it's wild that the people who complain about that see no correlation with shit like this.

Or just WALK.
Fuck, I was raised on quest markers and even I can play Morrowind.

Watching the Sharty rape the trannies on Nexus would be hilarious.

No offense...but you might legit be retarded if you couldn't figure out taking a silt strider to Balmora to see the blades contact there.
