Okay, so Skyrim looks flashier, does that make it a better game? No
What if you wanted to roleplay as a guy who only suplexes people, does that objectively make Skyrim a better game and a better RPG?

I answered you several times, you lack the reading comprehension then that's on you. It's clear you don't actually understand the topic at hand, so I am making sure to re-iterate several times why you're wrong. All of them go over your head, of course, but what else can you expect from a Starfield fanboy who genuinely lost his shit over me suggesting Outer Worlds was better? Of course, you now deny being one, like most Starfield fans due to how bad the game is, but that's par for the course. That's why I love harassing them whenever I see one, a unique brand of lolcow that will always reply to you no matter what to save the honor of their shitty game or their mediocre game studio. You, on the other hand, are nothing more than a generic reply guy who can barely follow a conversation, apparently. /v/ermin indeed.so Emil's bad writing is an engine limitation? lmao, multi-paragraph meltdown just to say the same stupid wrong shit you've been spouting the whole thread
Hopefully my autism scared them offAre the featurefags gone yet?
There is no roleplaying in Skyrim, plain and simple. That's the point, there is no roleplaying in Fallout 4 either, even if you try to become war vetaran dad or lawyer mom it is absolutely cringy to take any dialogue or quest seriously in such a badly written world. These are action games for console babies, and it doesn't matter how much volumetric fog can be rendered inside a dragon's asshole if that's all they will ever be. For all it's faults and how outdated it is now, Oblivion is still an RPG at the end of the day. What if you wanted to roleplay as a guy who only suplexes people, does that objectively make Skyrim a better game and a better RPG?
There is no roleplaying in Skyrim
I KINDA wonder if some part of that was to brick the grounded commonwealth mod, or attempt to. Between it being canceled, and then updates, I'm sure running it is a trial now.Best part? This was around the time TV show came out and more people were playing Fallout 4 than since launch. Oh, and this update was so shitty that it delayed launch of London, something that pissed off the fanbase almost as much as the dogshit Amazon made.
Honestly had someone made a thread for this specific game it would of helped contain the autism a little. Not sure you could do it now without a mod moving like 50 pages.Hopefully my autism scared them off
By this definition, COD is also a roleplaying game since you can choose if you're a sniper, a shotgunner, a knife rusher ect.I just gave you an example of roleplaying in Skyrim though.
hence why nobody in the (C)RPG community at large actually takes them seriously.
this is probably one of the biggest failings of more recent Bethesda games, being able to do all the faction quests on one character ruins replayability and the purpose of doing multiple runs when you can just have john everyman the ruler of everythingThe problem with ES for role-playing is that it rarely gives limits to the player, which is extremely important when you want to be immersed. The character is always at some zero state.
And what's the official line for booting the other 12 people that uploaded it?
I'm not defending them, you subhuman nigger. You asked what their official line for why they're banning the reuploads is, I told you what their official line for banning the reuploads is. Take a fucking Midol and stop actively trying to stir shit, you literal child. The screenshot says other reuploads of this mod are banned because they are attempts to "CIRCUIMVENT THIS POLICY" when literally the ONLY policy he has mentioned is shit stirring in the comments being bad because it "turns nexus into a battleground."
Instead of being such an obsessive retard and defending the nexus trannies maybe take the L and admit you didn't understood what was being said?
None of the quests having an alternative solution is far worse, for games that are supposed to be about roleplaying this one hurts the most.this is probably one of the biggest failings of more recent Bethesda games, being able to do all the faction quests on one character ruins replayability and the purpose of doing multiple runs when you can just have john everyman the ruler of everything

TES is to zoomers what WWII was to boomers. People who haven't thought of it in years will still pipe up with a diehard opinion. This is the most retarded semantics argument ever which makes it perfect for this thread. Carry on.
Yeah retard and you were wrong. They said they banned the OG poster because of comment shitstirring. That doesn't explain why the reuploads are banned if they don't also have comment shitstirring.I told you what their official line for banning the reuploads is.
You control the buttons you press. The problem with ES for role-playing is that it rarely gives limits to the player, which is extremely important when you want to be immersed. The character is always at some zero state.
Thats a problem with RPGs in general cause the devs want a theoretical normie player to do everything on one guy and not make a new guy for a new faction. The problem with ES for role-playing is that it rarely gives limits to the player, which is extremely important when you want to be immersed. It's more a case of trying to cheap out on content, games like BG3 had a good amount of missable content but even one playthrough had you do most of the big beats. Another issue is that they are afraid of gating players because of potential backlash.Thats a problem with RPGs in general cause the devs want a theoretical normie player to do everything on one guy and not make a new guy for a new faction.
Yeah. Something that really frustrates me is when the devs make sure you can't fuck up even side content. It's more a case of trying to cheap out on content, games like BG3 had a good amount of missable content but even one playthrough had you do most of the big beats.
