He'd be mortified and try to force Emily out of the theater because of it. Maybe with the excuse that she shouldn't look at men's pickles (except for his). Meanwhile the Pickleman munches on the pickles he bought as a theater snack, then offers one to Chris and Emily.

See, this is why time machines need to be a thing. If we had one, we could go back and make that a reality.
