If you accept a defensive position, it's admission of the strawman "guilt" the SJW is throwing at you, making whatever malicious spin they're trying to entrap you in more credible. The journos can easily see for themselves whether the accusations are legit or not. The fact they refuse to do so, and are looking only for a spin, is pretty much a full mask-off on their part.

I mean think about Tumblr talking points from ten or so years ago that people laughed off, stuff like white privilege and all the letter people stuff. People laughed it off (think Jim's old Tumblrisms series). Problem is those same Tumblrites grew up, got jobs in tech and as political speechwriters, and took that ideology with them into adulthood. What is going on right now is the end result of society accepting it and not nipping it in the bud when it was new.

I can't believe this is all happening , I hope kiwifarms comes out of this ok. We truly are the "last" website of olden times. No where else can you have meaningful discussions that go against the "hivemind"
 
Any chance of finding other servers in Asian or Latin American countries? China, Korea, and Japan tend to frown on troons because of the strong undercurrent of social conservatism in those countries. The same goes for many parts of Central and South America because of their strong Catholic influence.


The trouble is, the cultural attitudes of those parts of the world might find us offensive for other reasons and might not want to host us.

Long term growth should probably be a secondary consideration at this point. Big influxes of new posters tend to lead to drama and we don't need more of that right now.

I'm just gonna echo the rest and say best of luck with the family stuff. Maybe next week someone sends fighter jet's out over France , starts dropping payload and other than a few fruit fans no one has the time to pay attention to Kiwi's any more because they're to busy in someone else's shit. I mean it worked for Clinton in the Balkans right?
