I am record-breathtakingly exhausted right now so I'm not in my best 'internet debate' state, but I really don't believe that this is a phase. This is the natural result of a population diversifying to the point that equal-sized factions have irreconcilable interests.
Non-whites have no reason to stop supporting this because it benefits them in every way possible (especially financially). Fellow-whites have no reason to stop supporting this because it cripples whites so badly. Whites under 22-25 or so just do whatever universities tell them to do, which are controlled by the latter. That leaves our "silent majority" as a shrinking minority that corporations and the government no longer has a reason to care about.
This is far beyond "fad" territory and is absolutely interfering with daily life in ways that the Satanic Panic or the Red Scare could never dream of. I don't see any path for recovery from this.
The silver lining is that the world is not America, and as the US crumbles, larger powers that didn't fall victim to this will become the new leaders of the world. This happens throughout history, and you just happened to be alive in a time to see it.
So I'll start with this; don't take the (political) blackpill just yet.
This modern wokeness is just social post modernism 2.0. We've stretched the limits of the self so far, that the vain and narrow minded now search for meaning in specialized groups. If they can no longer feel satisfied by themselves, being special as a group is is the next best thing. It will eventually turn into whatever the next thing is, which perhaps may be a turn inward.
This is the root of identity politics. Its people viewing themselves as part of a "special" whole, in an attempt to feel something. When that "special whole" comes under "attack" any solution, regardless of its insanity or it being sheer confirmation bias, is accepted to keep the "whole" special. For example, this is why pride month is a such a big deal for the LGBTBBQ crowd. If no one is paying attention, is there a point?
This overall has in recent years caused a rejection of individualism, and a larger acceptance of group think and hivemind-esque ideas, especially amongst young people who are still in a state of development.
The thing is tho, is that all signs point to this _not_ being the norm. In fact it's very, very slowly beginning to grind to halt. Why? Because both the latter and former I mentioned are beginning to creep into the lives of everyday people, and for many of them, while it might not be a full wake up call, it's the beginning of one.
I travel for a living and deal with thousands of people on a yearly basis, in places that vary from the inner cities of Minneapolis and Chicago, to the rural upper midwest. The amount of times I've had casual discussions with people and somehow, "I'm tired of this culture" or "this is getting a bit old" have come up in the past year compared to previous, is insane. I've had numerous family and friends go from questionless media consumers to thinking and pondering throughout 2020 and 2021, including a coworker who was a prime example of "consume product". Generally speaking, if you intrude enough on one's life, they'll eventually notice.
On top of this, follow rhe patterns. You mentioned non whites. Let's break this down. Mexicans/south Americans tend to be deeply religious and often shun any degenerate. Blacks are waking up at an alarming rate and I would actually argue that the vast majority of voting Black men are conservative or center-right, even if closeted. Indians and Asians tend to be conservative as is.
Look at the electoral voting maps of the US, and look where the areas of this stuff are. Limited to city centers. And where has our cultural fads traditionally stemmed from? That's right.
Its a cultural fad, albeit more of an era than a fad. We had the roaring 20s, now we have the woke 20s. It will pass, whether naturally or by rapid cultural shift. What comes after is what you should be pondering
