The Entire Pacific Northwest is On Fire - Burn Baby Burn

Map of the trifecta of fires (Beachie Creek, Lionshead, and Riverside) threatening Salem and Portland.

The Riverside fire started Tuesday morning and is already over 130,00 acres. The Beachie Creek and Lionshead fires started in remote areas during a lightning storm in mid-August and remained small fires (sub 1,000 acres) until the recent extreme red flag conditions drove huge fire growth. The brighter shading is what has burned in the 24 hours between map updates. There is no "contained line" in the map legend because there was no contained line on the Beachie Creek or Riverside fires as of noon west coast time.

Gavin Newsom has apparently lost his fucking mind and is blaming the entire thing on Climate Scary
Newscum came to Butte County today to preach that bullshit. Made no mention of Berry Creek being almost totally wiped out, nor the fatalities that occurred. A good chunk of Butte hates the man because a lot of the small businesses, restaurants, and churches are either flat out rejecting his demands or engage in a lawsuit against the man. Even liberal gays in the area have turned against him for the vomit he spewed out his mouth today. Oh, and of course his special Covid police came in before him to try and force a bunch of local businesses to kowtow, and furthermore, he didn't alert the local news of Butte so only the biased Sacramento Bee was on hand to provide coverage. It's hard not to boil considering all of the dumb shit this man has pulled.

Everyone in Oregon has been pissed at Kate Brown since our last wildfire where she refused to send in a brand new 747 supertanker. The Beachie Creek fire, the big one nearest to my area, has been burning for a MONTH and only became a problem to her a week ago. I hope if anything comes out of this and the riots, it's that the west coast will turn red for a long time. A lot of us are tired of being the punching bag.

I just will never understand the incompetence of these Governors. It just angers me when it seems these Governors worry more about the city populace and their wants and needs than the issues that rural and small town citizens face. The piss poor land management in these places is just dumbfounding. When I lived in Florida, starting in late April or early May, you would constantly see control burns happening everywhere, especially along the interstate. You would have firebreaks next to pine forests all over the place on each side of the interstate. Eventually you are going to need to do more and more controlled burns, owls be damned.

Basically how I feel about it. Politics are AIDS and the people cheering this on and laughing about it are as big of spergs as the “degenerates” they claim are being punished by God.

Tons of wilderness and countless animals are being destroyed, innocent people are losing their homes and having their livelihoods destroyed, people are having to deal with toxic air which can be lethal to people with respiratory problems, it’s all on top of plenty other bullshit nobody should be having to deal with.

I’m all for laughing at the misfortune of assholes and making fun of politicians and dramawhores trying to capitalize off tragedy, but nobody deserves this shit.

Stay safe out there, everybody in that region.
The people cheering on the fire are the biggest morons in the thread so far; The areas burning down are the last bulkwarks in these states against degenerates.
Frankly, they should be very worried about the rumors Antifa has adapted enough that they are setting these areas on fire, but they see the state names and their brain turns off thinking it is the libtards burning.

Most of us here in NorCal tend to be either right or leans-right economically and national security-wize. Even Chico (largest city in Norcal north of sacramento) is becoming more conservative regarding the twisting of the riot situation by large media conglomerates, and our homeless crisis (not refugees, just druggies, panhandlers, and the homeless other counties/states ship here). And I expect newsoms approval ratings to drop hard here (wasn't high to begin with) over the climate change stuff. Regardless of how much human polution can do, it's near a non-factor here. CA is on fire because of southern lefties lack of any farsightedness or depth of thinking regarding how we manage our forests. California is meant to have small spot fires to clear underbrush and allow certain specimen of trees to release seeds. When there are no natural breaks from controlled burns and logging (Paradise CA was a conservative logging community till it became prohibitively expensive due to state policies), nature will take whats her's all at once. And yeah, California outside of the bay area/silicone valley is mostly republican or proper libertarians.

Here's where we post the Joker saying "Here... we... go!"

Because nobody trusts the cops any more. Nobody trusts the justice system any more.

Not because of "Muh Muhduhd Darkies!" but because we've watched the cops let those fuckers march and burn and loot without lifting a fucking finger but if someone on the right so much as looks wrong at an Antifa that guy goes to jail.

People woke up to the fact that in some places the cops don't give a fuck about you.

Can confirm that fires are near me, since I live in the most pacific northwest ass state of them all. Wind combined with the fires from the east and/or west meant a smoke and dust storm that reminded me of the Buried map from Black Ops 2 Zombies. Same sorta thing happened again, except not as bad. Still made me double think if my vision was being shitty, but it wasn't. Luckily none of those fires have happened super close or in the county, really. Living in a tiny town sorta does that, which also means I don't have to worry about local wildlife being set ablaze.

I do feel bad for the everyday people in California, Oregon, and Washington. These states are held prisoner by what the morons in the cities decide to do and there is little they can do about it, and unfortunately it is the everyday people that are suffering the most from these fires. Seeing small communities destroyed, people's farms and homes wiped out, all because of policies dipshits in the urban areas wanted to the detriment of the rural citizens.

Hopefully not too much of a powerlevel, but on Wednesday I woke up and almost went back to bed because it was still dark (as in night dark).

Then I checked my clock again. It shouldn't be that dark at 10AM. And, upon further observation, I realized a dark, 10AM sky shouldn't be red.

The rest of the day was equally surreal. It's weird when there's no difference in light levels between 10AM and 8PM.

I have some family that live in the Pacific North West, and seeing these fires really makes me question how every single year it seems like these wildfires get more widespread. Now I am not sure of the ANTIFA ties, for now I think what is more important is being focused on what the main catalysts for this problem are. From what I have sort of heard, is a lot of the ecological/forest preservation programs, could be contributing to the massive fires, because reduction in the timber industry. No matter what the eco-fags have to say, the human population needs deforesting, and that is to prevent these type of massive fires. Having huge urban developments set by hectors on hectors of forestation is insane too. I get some of the appeal of the pacific northwest, it is a beautiful part of the country. Not only just the climate, but the forests, mountains, and the wildlife. It was a bit crazy to see people stacked on top of people though, especially in a region prone to earthquakes, and these massive forest fires.

It seems to me that the polti-dicking has to come to an end this year, because this has been the main problem. Every card carrying cocksucker with their rhetoric about the other side, hence how come these governors. and mayors get a way with being such incompetent shit bags. There indeed needs to be massive reform in these heavily urbanized states, hence why people need to diligently exercise their God given right to vote, and shut the fuck up beyond that. Instead of being deadfats, write your governors, and congress people. Rally together, make the system work in your favour. Fuck the Media, fuck the bullshit polls, no matter the party, these people still work for you.

Found this pop up on everyone's favorite basket weaving forum. No idea of who the cameraman is or where it is aside from it being Clackamas County Sheriffs being spoken to.

Also I didn't see this one here so I'll drop it as well. It was originally on Facebook but it was apparently taken down.
