This. Best to let sleeping dogs lie.

Then there is the matter of jurisdiction and how few fucks each possible police force could give.

If they fought in North Brookfield: The department has all of five full-time officers, one of whom shares a last name with the Chief of Police. North Brookfield is Sanford from Hot Fuzz, except the authorities really are as dumb as they look. They're aware of Jace (for incidents we've seen and some we haven't), but view him as a nuisance, not a threat.

If they fought in Springfield: The Cops of Springfield have real criminals to worry about, they don't have time for stoners with a mean-streak.

Assuming weens draw the cops' attention to the video, I guess it all boils down to whether or not they're too busy to bother to investigate. Hopefully, they recognize it as harmless stoner antics. If you don't know the context and don't know the nunchucks are foam, it could look like something serious enough to pursue.

First off, I am surprised that they actually did all show up but not surprised that Tyce's Neo-Nazi friends did not.

You're not alone, according to the poll.

Second off, I'm not sure in a criminal court of law would the "consenting adults" argument hold water, because unless it's a curb-stomp assault, aren't all fights "consenting adults"? I mean, sometimes you see fights on YouTube get broken up because both parties are aware of an increasingly-loud police siren and would get charged. But there's a difference between showing up in the dead of night in some backwoods part of New England than brawling in the downtown of a major U.S. city.

"Consenting adults" holds no water. Duels are illegal in the US. Duels in US Military organizations (Which I assume the boys imagine Deagle Nation to be) have been illegal since General Washington issued an order forbidding them in the Continental Army (dueling soldiers are doing the enemy's work for them, after all). Boxing matches and other combat sports are regulated by gaming commissions.

Adding:

What's saving them is that no third party was hurt -Jace and Eli are satisfied with the outcome, Tyce can't afford to go to the cops, and the cops are ignoring all the emails and calls weens are making at this very moment.

Let's not forget Tyce stole a bunch of stuff from Jace during the first civil war. He filmed himself doing it. If Tyce wanted to go the robbery route Jace could probably bring that up.

After watching the video for a second time, I noticed Eli throws his jacket at Tyce in order to distract him while he grabs the skateboard to use as a weapon, which ultimately leads to Tyce's downfall. That's some elite special ops training right there.

The sacred knowledge of Da Ancient Jew Pyramids taught him very well.

It's not even a matter of it being a duel. It's flat out unlawful to fight unless otherwise sanctioned by law (i.e., a sanctioned prize fight). Consent doesn't enter into it—in fact, the rights of the person who was beaten don't really even enter into it. What matters, from a pure legal perspective, is that there was a breach of the public peace (originally, the king's peace). The fact that they were in mutual combat might have some relevance to a civil suit, but it has almost none from a criminal law perspective.

Jace should honestly just quit while he's still ahead.
The duel was a legal gray area(well, okay, it was straight up criminal to steal money from him), but at least both parties consented to it, while if he's going out to hound Tyce actively, Jace might find himself in worse legal shit.

And frankly, Jace owes that Xbone money to Eli because he was the acting Commander when the plan was put into motion and he's equally at fault as Tyce is. He's not going to get that money from Tyce, he could've negotiated and played nice, but now that he's humiliated Tyce, Tyce won't be nearly as willing to negotiate.

The fight aside, I'm not sure Tyce consented to having his money stolen.

I'm pretty sure Tyce will not deliver the console and will probably find some place he can lay low until Jace gives up.

Deagle Nation never quits dude, they have to finish the fight. Plus, if he doesn't get Tyce to pay up for that Xbox One, then he has to admit that he made a mistake. His honor (but mostly ego) is on the line.

Probably not. Tyler strikes me as the kind of "too stupid to quit" kid that would eat bugs just for the attention. No doubt he wishes he could escalate this speddetta with Jace and Eli further, but fortunately none of these dimwits are likely to ever get a hold of anything more lethal than a jug of Tyler's shit. Probably Our Pet Sped has a few drive-by bb-ings in his near future, but that's about all.

Like I said some part of Jay Geis has been picked up by the Commander

Shit jugs versus BB's. Sums up the 'conflict' quite nicely.
