My favorite part of this mess is when Commander Lazy Eye had Our Pet Sped on the ground in a half-ass headlock
and Eli, having the perfect opportunity to really put the
boot in and break a few ribs, just kind of lightly kicks
Tyler a couple times before running to get the camera. I take it all back. Sure, he's a racist dumbass stoner
waste-of-space, but Eli's all right.
That's the weird thing. Unlike Chris, these 3 are more or less likeable(sometimes,... Except Tyce)

As someone not as familiar with these Failboats as I am with Christory, looking at this video and only having a minimal amount of knowledge about them, I too feel like it's all just bad street theater. Like the Troll Hunter was more legit than these clowns.

Aw, what the Hell. I'll just post it up on Youtube anyway.

Every time (6 so far) Jayce screams "I am the commander!" I start laughing so hard I cry....oh wow.

I can't believe they were stupid enough to record this and post it on the Internet, knowing Tyce's dad is a lawyer. Neo-Nazi skinhead poser he may be, but Tyce is still a minor. I actually hope Jace and Eli have to deal with repercussions from this. Assault and battery, theft, whatever charges are appropriate.
The whole grow op conspiracy would likely put a stop to that. I feel pretty confident that Tyce's dad would want nothing to do with pressing a battery suit where the cause of the fight was a falling out over ill-gotten money.

I haven't read everything after the video but I'll be what I think is the minority here and say that Jace and Eli may have been legally wrong, but I think they were morally right. Tyce has fucked them both over countless times and stole untold amounts of denaros of liberty from Jace and the operation. People like Tyce are why they created writs of outlawry way back when.

I think its funny as shit that Tyce got beat by his own weapons.

I guess you missed out on all the videos where he smoked weed without a med card, stole his mom's car, and filmed himself driving while baked that ultimately lead to his felony.
Really? This bud is the kind! *yawn*

Seriously, Jace refuses to learn, it's amazing.

You know what? I'd love Tyce to try and take this to court. They won't be able to find a jury in the fucking state that won't bust up laughing at the evidence tape.

Actually Tyce turned 18 recently so he's legally an adult. Now I don't know much about law, but I think it could like lessen the charges or something.

And I don't know if it would help, but Jace also has video evidence that Tyce broke into his house and stole his stuff (the part where he steals the weed might hurt Jace too though). And in the fight video Tyce clearly has a sword strapped to his back, so it could be argued that they fought in self defense or something.

I feel guilty for enjoying that. Better than Trailer Park Boys only because of the over-the-top stupidity of just about everything. I had a hard time believing this is them IRL.

I like how Jace is chimping about Tyce bringing in weapons when he agreed that Tyce can bring melee weapons unless he brings in "Stone Tone" as backup.
Tyce was wearing a sword on his back. That's what he was mad about.

Wow, I take a break from the online and miss the "Final" confrontation between Tyce and Jace.

Couple of thoughts (FULL DISCLOSURE: I haven't read through 19 some pages to be fully caught up, so sorry if I retread old ground):

This played out pretty much exactly how I thought it would. Despite having the size advantage on skinny, spazzy Jace, Tyce has absolutely zero combat skill despite all his Marine Trained Teen training. Tyce couldn't 1v1 Jace successfully during the Trials of Tyce Andrews, and with Jace's fat, jewish Gallagher sidekick, Tyce had zero chance of not getting #PRANK'D by this fighting arrangement. The only thing that might have turned the tables would be if Tyce brought his own White Justice Army backup, but realistically I don't see that ever happening (more on that in a minute).

Kinda surprising that Jace would stoop to robbery, kinda not. I disagree with some of the Farm's reaction of "lol jace is going to jail" reaction though. Yes, he is guilty of such a crime (and even made irrefutable evidence to convict himself), but given that both sides were announcing this, the only way Jace would go down is if everyone went down with him. Imagine Tyce, bloodied and bruised, sitting down for legal counsel with his father:

"So, son, lets get to the bottom of this. Why were you out there in the first place when this assault happened?"

"I went out there to fight Jace so he would give me my $500 for the weed I grew to sell in my get rich quick scheme that he destroyed after we had to bring Eli back from Israel when we financed a secret assassination of the Prime Minister and rescue mission for a dead rapper. I was out in the abandoned lot because Jace and I both announced that we would do the fight there on youtube since my previous attempt to get my money back was thwarted by the police when I had to outrun them in my swastika painted Race-War van."
(Of course, Tyce would never say so this clearly. Realistically, his father would have to put this puzzle together himself after a two hour jenkem fueled rant primarily about skeletons and matchbox cars..)

Tyce's Wop-dad might be an asshole, but he's also a pretty successful lawyer from all accounts, and as mad as he might be at his son's assaulters, he probably knows that given how deep into this mess Tyce is, the risk/reward of chasing down some punks who took $50 some bucks and gave his kid a well deserved ass whipping is probably not worth the risk part of the equation, given the amount of background detail that would have to be documented in any court hearing, civil or criminal, that could imprison his now-18 year old son.

On a completely unrelated note..

Does anybody else get the feeling that maybe Tyce's White Justice Army is an Army of One? First off, if Tyce is to be believed (and there's enough shit huffing reasons to not believe him), his father's a wop, and therefore italian, and not " 'murican white ". Most white supremacist groups are pretty stringent in who they find acceptable. When people mention Tyce's White Justice Army, I'm sure a lot of us here instantly think of his Swastika Van filled with 4 to 6 burly skinheads armed with metal pipes and chains or whatever; But this is the story of Deagle Nation we're talking about. Jace W Conners, after all, is the Commander.... of one sane exile, a racist shit huffing rebel, and :story:, the later being the only real member left in his self proclaimed "army." Tyce's group is probably about the same, being an army of himself and maybe one other friend (which I think already was busted for driving around the Swastika Van once, based on what was discussed during Tyce's McDonalds intervention), which is probably why he showed up to a fight versus two completely by himself (Or, he could be just as delusional about his own combat prowess. He did claim to kill a bunch of Alcatraz guards once..)

Wow, that was like the three stooges. It's funny, I think you can tell these guys don't have alot of physicality in their lives, just watching them partake in a bit of activity. They look stilted and unnatural to me. Which is quite rich considering they're supposed to be master's of the battlefield.
Fucking good thing those nunchucks are only for practice though, cause Jace really whacked Tyce's head but good. Oh well, tough shit hey :). Who gets the assault charge when both parties agree to fight? I think stealing Tyce's wallet was the dumbest thing they did, although I don't think anything will come of this, legally speaking. I'm sure I heard Tyce yelling at the end about blood on his arm and lawsuits.

When Tyce is beaten and out of options and #PRANKs, he just starts throwing empty threats of lawsuits as a last line of defense*. I also doubt Tyce would tell his dad about the fight since they don't seem to communicate much between each other.

*Example, the e-mail he sent to "Will it Blend".

I don't think anyone's expecting Tyce's WJA group to have consisted of anything besides dumb juggalo stoners who might have some mild anti-black views.

This. Best to let sleeping dogs lie.

Then there is the matter of jurisdiction and how few fucks each possible police force could give.

If they fought in North Brookfield: The department has all of five full-time officers, one of whom shares a last name with the Chief of Police. North Brookfield is Sanford from Hot Fuzz, except the authorities really are as dumb as they look. They're aware of Jace (for incidents we've seen and some we haven't), but view him as a nuisance, not a threat.

If they fought in Springfield: The Cops of Springfield have real criminals to worry about, they don't have time for stoners with a mean-streak.

And if they (lol) smartly chose a place where jurisdiction is unclear (how most sites for duels were chosen) and it falls to the Commonwealth: These dumbasses won't even register on the radar of the Staties.

On a completely unrelated note.

Good point. We'll find out where fact, bluster, and delusion meet soon enough. As for acceptance, Tyce is a fair-featured man named Andrews (Anglicized from Androzzi?) who wishes harm on black people. That's good enough for most US Neo-Nazis.

First off, I am surprised that they actually did all show up but not surprised that Tyce's Neo-Nazi friends did not.

Second off, I'm not sure in a criminal court of law would the "consenting adults" argument hold water, because unless it's a curb-stomp assault, aren't all fights "consenting adults"? I mean, sometimes you see fights on YouTube get broken up because both parties are aware of an increasingly-loud police siren and would get charged. But there's a difference between showing up in the dead of night in some backwoods part of New England than brawling in the downtown of a major U.S. city.

But yeah, I agree that if charges were filed, Tyce would go down with Eli and Jace, especially if the jury caught wind about the other illicit and less-than-ethical things Tyce did.
