I don't think the specimens in the OP are representative of fujoshi at all, to be honest. A FtM LARPing as a gay porn star is unusual and its own breed. Most post-fujoshi Gaydens seem to have very little interaction with actual men, gay or otherwise. The majority seem to be virgins. They're autistic or borderline-autistic shut-ins who mostly stick to female online spaces. That's my experience, anyway.

That's the reason for their lack of understanding about how bodies and attraction work: nothing to do with Freud, it's just the fact that their entire experience of sex and relationships has come from jerking off to written porn, and maybe a few online "relationships" with other FtMs.

At most, they've awkwardly dry-humped another FtM while dissociating and pretending they are in an yaoi comic, or maybe accepted anal sex from a "gay" (wink wink) cis man while doing the same. They simply do not understand how healthy humans are attracted to each other and have sex.

Yes, I think I sperged about this in the GRS thread but: back in the day this kind of surgery was performed by people who did it for a living. These days, thanks to the one-two punch of increased demand and absolute lack of standards of care, it attracts butchers with zero incentive to do good work because they are guaranteed a constant stream of patients and income.

There have been posts in the same thread comparing FtM zippertit scars with scars from cancer mastectomies. The women with breast-cancer scars look like their surgeons carefully sewed them up, the FtMs look like the surgeon handed the surgical closure off to an intern who was in a hurry to go get lunch.

“I am immutably attracted to born boys” -

Offhand thought about autism and troonery, one of the signs a very little kid may be autistic is mixing up pronouns. That is, when he means to say "I love broccoli" he says "you love broccoli." When he means to say "you are wearing a hat" he says "I am wearing a hat." The jury is out on whether this is a simple speech malfunction- picture a drawer in your brain where pronouns are kept, normies having a nice organizer in there and autists having a chaotic junk drawer- or if it represents a deeper confusion about "myself" vs "people around me."

Bearing this in mind I have wondered if autists may turn to troonery- especially in the context of social isolation and excessively online socialization- due to a confusion between "erotic object" and "subjective identity." IE, I am turned on by women= I am a woman.

Autistic people really do tend to have higher rates of what you might call actual gender dysphoria. As in, they don't fit in with members of their own sex, they lack stereotypical male or female interests, they feel isolated, and (crucially) they do not place importance on the social signals that steer men and women away from certain activities associated with the opposite sex.

A "normal" boy who wants to fit in with his peers will usually sense disapproval and stop putting on princess dresses even if he wants to keep wearing them. An autistic boy might not care or might not even notice his peers' disapproval when he puts on a princess dress, he will just pay attention to how much he likes the texture and interesting colors.

This makes autistic kids extremely vulnerable to adults groomers and the gender cult, especially since the trans community seems to offer them the friendship and belonging a lot of autistic young people are lacking.
