There was going to be a joke today which made the site black and white, but due to the unrelenting screaming of the joyless autistic zombies who make up the userbase, this has been disabled. Users were downloading and installing random scripts to disable a single CSS filter in a desperate bid to avoid any form of change, so leaving it up is a security risk to you stupid faggots. Have a happy June.

You know, I was just thinking, I have the perfect solution to the homeless problem. The government is absolutely determined to both send taxpayer money to Africa and ignore the homelessness problem, so why not kill two birds with one stone? Send them all to Africa. Everyone would be happy. The homeless people would have homes, clothes, and food, taxpayers would have the knowledge that their money is being spent in a (somewhat) productive way instead of just thrown away, the lefties would get to feel good about how the representatives that they voted for (or just virtue signaled about on Twitter/Reddit) are helping the homeless, and the right can meme about how we sent the blacks back to Africa (despite being only 13% of the population, blacks make up 40% of all homeless). I mean, I guess whatever African country we dump them on probably wouldn't be happy, but who gives a shit about them?
In case it wasn't clear, since I know there are people retarded enough to actually think this would be a brilliant idea, this is mostly a joke. Something (I don't remember what. Something in a YouTube video I was watching, maybe?) made me think about homeless people, and this was roughly where my mind ended up. Obviously, this is retarded and would never happen. I just thought it was a funny idea and wanted to share it.

That would probably start a few wars / genocides over there in which a large percentage of them get killed, an international / economic crisis that fucks our relations with more important powers than those in Africa, and end up costing everyone far more than it would for us to just give them minimal domestic housing and assistance. We should focus more on giving a safety net to the impoverished in our own country before we send out anything to anywhere else. Then we could redirect money not only from international aid, but from what it costs for the military to be in these shithole places. Let fucking Europe solve Africa's problems, they started it. No reason we should have this much debt from being involved with countries that can't get their shit together when we can't even solve our own problems.

Also, sending them all to Africa probably wouldn't work out as most of them wouldn't want to go unless we violate the rights of U.S, citizens, which is a slippery slope that could ultimately hurt you and me by introducing fascist elements into government sanctioning. I sure as shit wouldn't want to be deported because some crash in the economy leaves me jobless. I'm not really worried about it because I hold a property deed that costs chickenfeed in tax per year, but still...

You could have a failsafe in place, in that if you are homeless for a certain period of time for no good reason (i.e. you're not a veteran or someone with an undiagnosed yet treatable mental disorder) or re not trying to better yourself (looking for a job/home, taking classes, etc.) you can be unceremoniously chucked out of the country for being a waste of space drain

Useless or no, an American citizen is still an American citizen. If we open up something like that, it gives way to other violations of constitutional rights, which will eventually threaten you and me and that can't happen. In this case I believe it violates Amendments 4, 5, and 14 just off the top of my head, although I'm sure I (and I recommend you do the same) could read up and find others. It's easy to armchair the should and shouldn'ts of the world from the comfort of an internet message board, but this is real life we're talking about. The rights that protect them also protect you in many other ways. If we let that happen, who knows what will be guaranteed anymore? Unfortunately, as much as they might be dead weight, fighting for them means fighting for everyone. I say that even as a landowner who lives comfortably.
