I put on the Pluto TV Cops channel on and commercials come up. Cartoon Latinx sheboon rapping about pubic hair for Gillette followed by more sheboons yelling about how Roe getting overturned means they're going to make fag marriage and coal burning illegal

I just want to watch Cops without dancing pubic hairs

I’ll repeat this comment: remember any sci fi movie like “The fifth element” or whatever and the future is supposed to be weird and gross, and now those things are really tame.

Edit: There's also plenty of airheaded wamen yasss kweening over "normalizing body hair/diverse self-care" but plenty of disgusted normies calling out groomer shit like that bit about girls talking to their mom being trauma

I think later on in the world like 2060 if we make it there, they'll just say "the 20s" like they did in the 1960s and so on, and if talking about older times "the nineteen-twenties", but "the twenty twenties" doesn't have the same ring.
 
While I'm near constantly annoyed at various nonsense things on which taxpayer money is spent over here, there's one thing makes me feel "well fucking spent" whenever I make use of it - the large amount of public fireplaces spread right outside my city. They're these heavy-duty things with swiveling forged iron grill racks. Around them are indestructible wood benches and these dog house sized firewood repositories which are continuously filled. Living in an apartment it's a blessing to be able to just bring some meat and beer in a bag and go grilling at no immediate cost and without need for any plans.
