I have never seen a black person with downs syndrome. Is there any particular reason why black people never seem to be downies?

I've seen quite a few, but I have extensive experience in pediatrics. The overwhelming majority of Down syndrome patients are white (almost 70%), where blacks only make up about 13% of new diagnoses. I'm not sure why it mainly occurs in white people.

So you're saying despite making up only 13% of the population, black people represent 13% of Downies? And despite representing 71% of the population (including marginally white people), white people represent 70% of the Downies?

I know the risk of downs increases to something crazy like, 55% if the woman is over the age of 37-maybe blacks aren’t having kids so late in life?

Like don’t whites generally marry/have kids later? Minus like, the people in the Sammy Burshart thread

I learned that stat in university A&P ages ago, so it may be off

I just had a weird dream

where there was a big brother style reality show where power rangers actors all had to live together and then take the SATs for some reason

Anyway, two of the boys kissed and whoever was editing the show put in a tiktok of a mom asking her kid daughters what they feel about two boys kissing

The first kid gives a textbook answer about how you should be allowed to kiss the person you really like

and then the second kid says "I think they're faggots"

I just got finished spending an hour and a half trying to extract a hidden track from a CD I've owned for like a decade and didn't know it had one until just today by sheer curiosity looking it up online, and there it was... both on Discogs and Wikipedia: "OH BTW THIS CD HAS A HIDDEN TRACK LOL!!!"

This particular hidden track was placed at the pregap of the first track of the CD, which means you have to hold the fucking rewind button on the beginning of the first track till you get to a certain time code that'll activate it... something that most programs don't even detect or know about, including the CD ripper i was using (Sound Juicer) and VLC trying to rewind the fucking thing to get to it.

So i had to use a "special" program called EAC (Exact Audio Copy) and follow an archived guide from 2013 to actualy fucking do it properly. Long story short, I needed to find the EXACT sector (range) of where the hidden track starts (zero) and ends (the larger number where track 1 begins) to get to "Track 0", and after getting yelled at about "Error Corrections" it finally worked.

I'm happy that I acomplished a new technical feat but at the same time I'm VERY unhapy that I had to jump through hoops to dig for something that on paper would seem so simple to extract.

Gentlemen, what's your take on why polite society (clueless normies, the media) refuses to acknowledge that furries harbor some of the most repugnant and evil people that exist? Not the least of which being their huge pedophile and zoophile problem. In 2018 with the zoosadist leaks I really thought I would start to hear people talk about them more, but outside of here and imageboards nobody really seems to know or care. News outlets like vice even continue to write articles and film videos on how the fandom is completely harmless, and they even market it to children.
