went to a parade earlier today. i was sitting in the car when i spotted a guy with a strange hairdo who was possibly, and i could be wrong, an antifa. guy had a little badge on the front with a no symbol over a swastika and the back of his jacket had some black and red and i couldnt make out the words at the bottom of the image. it was bizarre to say at least

Does there, or has there existed a "Convention Thread?"

Even though we spread injokes, a lot of us including @Marvin and @Jaimas are known to go to a lot of them. And since I am really thirsting to see the convention scene again, I'm making a plan to go see Retropalooza at Dallas, Tx. You know, the Game Chasers one.

I mean, a lot of conventions are for different things, comic books and anime really aren't my thing, but I still love cosplayers and all. But I'm just really aching for my NES collection to grow.

Retropalooza sounds like the best place to do it.

This wouldn't have happened if Chris didn't go to Magfest. I surely wouldn't have cemented my decision. I got a lot of saving to do for October!

Our fridge bricked (granted, it was almost as old as me), so I am real thankfull it's cold outside and we can store food on the balcony. What I am mad at is my mom refusing to let me buy a lightly used one for like 60$ as a temp replacement, cause we don't have funds for a new one either way.

I would think buying a temporary small fridge would suffice for the moment.

Since I like challenging myself and working with numbers so much, I borrowed a book from the library today about “Integrated Algebra and Trigonometry with Analytic Geometry”. It’s really cool.

Hopefully, by the end of it, I’ll actually understand the problems.

UPDATE: So I found out that someone wrote in this 45 years ago. Very interesting.
