Does anyone else have a rehabbed used to be feral cat? My kitty we got from a foster home and was a TNR (Trap neuter release) cat. She is the most loving kittling and sleeps on me. Well I just had to put her in a cat carrier and she ran and then growled and hissed and then butted up against the carrier trying to get out. I feel wretched. I actually cried and feel awful but she needs her shots.

I'm just hoping someone has BTDT and will tell me she won't hate me forever?

My coworker announced yesterday she was going to start coming to work naked due to our boss being angry at the state of her pants. We all thought she was joking but today when our boss went to the ladies room my coworker stepped out of the stall naked and asked if her "outft" met my boss's approval. Now we're all going to have to attend an HR meeting tomorrow about proper conduct at work.

I am an artist and I submitted a proposal for a piece for my college course and now I don't know whether to do it straight or subvert it into some kind of conceptual bullshit. In London right now, I feel like skill as a painter or sculptor or whatever is irrelevant and even looked down on. People want a whole monologue of bullshit, not a finished piece of amazing, meaningful, visually expressive art. I always thought I would butt heads (huhuhhnnnn) with the establishment but not over fucking beauty & talent. I fucking love conceptual, bullshit, Goldsmith's art when my colleagues do it, because they do it well. But taking the piss is taking the piss.

Phil Burnell can feed himself on that bullshit he does, but I have no patreons. I think that might be art in and of itself.

I know how to lay down a beautiful, sweeping line of bullshit and play the whole stupid game, but OMFG it takes for more energy than making the art does.

Now, having whined, I shall face this cold day with renewed loathing and scorn for mankind! Wooooo! Today I am painting London's first contact with aliens, as a fine art piece, so it's a day of spaceships and weed and good music.

Anyone want to argue about what art is?

Waiting for a bus for a 30 minutes in a -20C cold till you don't feel your feet anymore: irritating.
Finally getting home after that and realising you have a pair of warm winter socks that you could've worn to prevent all that, but which you completely forgot about cause they kept cropping up in weird places and so you stuffed them deep into the sock bag: fucking infuriating.

I finally understood the expression when it rains it pours. After that escapade with skype earlier, palemoon decided it too want to be crazy and wiped my browser history/bookmark.

I understand that "Magic Meat Month", or whatever it's called, is organised by a fujoshi artist, but that doesn't stop me from passionately wishing fujos get banned from participating.
Seriously, "sexualised women can be anything, but sexualised men are ought to be gay" thing is bad irregardless of who's pushing it and for what reason.

WARNING YAHOO USERS: I fear Yahoo might try to pull a google and remove the view image feature on it's site. Tonight I was trying to find pictures I was working on and it would not let me use the view image option. Hopefully it's just a quirk because if Yahoo pulls a google, I fear I will have to use Bing
