I don't know if it's fake and frankly I don't care, I can't quit fucking laughing at it.

I bought the original Metal Gear Solid for the PS1 at Canadian Central Comic-Con today. Sadly, the only way to play it is on the PS2 at my dad's place, and I'm not going over there until he gets out of jail in a few weeks.

Did I just type that?

Finally got to see a dentist today. I can finally get that root canal I needed three years ago.

Yes, take care of those teeth, damn you! They are precious stones you need to polish and love for as long as you can. Take it from a lad whose father and his brothers never did a thing with dental care. They all have the distinct homeless man teeth style. Absolutely unfortunate, not very flattering...

I spent one-hundred forty dollars in books this week. I haven't the slightest clue what came over me, but I picked one up and I just could not stop grabbing. Obtained a copy of 'The Possessed' by Fyodor Dostoyevsky. I've only read the introduction, and the enthusiasm the lass wrote in regards to his work is rather promising. I've never read any of his works, but I've always been skeptical of those regarded as literary geniuses by the public of any era. I have my doubts, but the premise seems to be something that captured my eye, so...

Three years ago, good god why hadn't you been to the dentist yet?

I went in three years ago to take care of two cavities that were the result of me not brushing my teeth out of depression after surgery (well, I was depressed before that, just that after the surgery happened, I realized how guilty I was of just being awful and slipped further into depression). I told them, "I have two gaping cavities that need to be taken care of because it hurts like a bitch on both sides." They asked me, "well which side does it hurt worse on?" I told them the left, and they worked on the left. I asked about the other tooth, they said they'd call me. They never called, they never told me I was overdue for an appointment, and I've never been the one that had the capability of scheduling my appointments, so everyone forgot I needed a dentist really bad. For three years, I've been in excruciating pain, trying my best to avoid chewing or letting liquids flow to that side, and taking better care of my teeth. I finally snapped when I pulled the filling from the other tooth out via Milk Dud on Halloween (every time I eat them, something horrible happens to my teeth, but I just can't ever remind myself to not eat them). I told my dad enough was enough and he had to schedule an appointment soon before I fuck up the rest of my teeth. The rest are actually in really good shape, it's those two molars that have been making my life hell.

Dostoyevsky is an awesome writer. Trust me, anyone that has his hands crushed by the mafia as inspiration to write is going to make some pretty good stuff. Crime and Punishment is his most notable work that everyone will tell you they've read to show off at bars or wherever scumbags hang around, but when I was in high school, I preferred The Idiot and The Brothers Karamazov. It's been a long time since I read those books, so I can't exactly pull any quotes out right now. Maybe I should buy some copies and reread them (DAMN IT, now you're gonna make ME spend a hundred dollars on books!).

See above. Can't wait to move out so I can have my own insurance and schedule my own appointments. :/

Couldn't you go the library and check them out for free?

I don't know Hunter's personal story, but from my own experience, you can "need" a root canal and not know it. They put up the X-ray, tell you this blotch means the nerve rotted out and that you need a root canal and there's otherwise no symptoms. I'm guessing that can go on for years without feeling a thing before it eventually comes to a head.

(Don't read this, Hunter)
Usually the root canal hurts worse than what caused it.

Usually most root canal patients die immediately following surgery. Those who survive get AIDs.

I already had a root canal once. It was painless.

See, that's the thing. The library around here is filled with incompetent people who have accused me on a multitude of accounts of owing them money for books I have returned. It has happened so many times, that it has worn on my patience. Their attitudes are not the least bit pleasant, and they always seem to detest when I inform them that they have made a mistake. Besides, I love owning my books! Even books that are terrible, so no loss. More of a 'why did I spoil myself' moment.

YOU'RE WELCOME. ♥

I slept for a crazy long time last night and this morning. I had one dream where I was making out with Matthew Broderick, as he was dressed in Inspector Gadget on a bus that was heading to my childhood home.

Google bought Youtube for a couple billion if I recall correctly.

Considering it's the most popular video sharing site on the internet it's extremely unlikely someone would pony up enough money and Google would accept it on face value.

I'd just wait a few years for Google to hire a webmanager that isn't a retard.

I played so much Lord of the Rings: War of the North today that my computer almost ran out of memory.
