I went to the gym, and I ran about 1/3 of a mile before I had to stop because my side was hurting. Anyway, I was walking down the track and there was this obese man running, huffing and puffing. It was clear he wasn't trained in proper running form, but man was he pushing it.
This guy comes up next to me and says "Don't he look crazy?" I say, "I don't think he looks crazy." He just laughs and makes fun of how he was running and puffing I respond with "At least he is making an effort"
The guy just laughs, and I speed up my walk and luckily don't see him again.
The house sparrows that visit my birdfeeder keep on wastefully scattering the nice shelled sunflower seeds I leave out for them. Wasteful little turds.
i know this is probably going to get me some shit but can i say thanks to this site for making me feel welcome.
it's just i've posted some pretty unreadable shit and people have at least reacted pleasantly. so thanks for that.
I wanna be done with the semester now. Just have less than one week of this bullshit to go and two Saturday exams and one tomorrow I've been cramming my ass for.
I am about 80% sure my new meds tanked my thyroid. My thyroid is certainly wrecked - docs called back about my blood test results and confirmed it. Explains why I would sleep my entire day away if I wasn't forced to get out of bed by my better half, or why I can barely draw without being in horrendous pain from carpal tunnel, or a whole host of other things. Got another one in a month to make sure before any treatment for it starts.
I don't know what to do if they say I need to be taken off my meds, because there really aren't any alternatives to them and I very much so need them. It's just annoying that things seem to love going wrong for me.
Birds eat a lot. I filled up my window feeders yesterday morning, and they are already empty. It is breeding season, so maybe that's why they're eating so much. Or all the house sparrows and house finches look the same, so maybe they're just bringing their extended family and friends to the free buffet.

This system is based on three factors: income, power, and prestige. Depending on what ranking you're placed in, the amount of those three things will vary for you. A police officer may command a great deal of power and income but their prestige varies. A homeless person on the other hand would be significantly lacking in all three areas.
I checked out Cop Show on YouTube by this comedian by the name of Colin Quinn today. He got a lot of big names to appear in the videos like Jerry Seinfeld and it's been really funny so far. I wish it was an actual series on TV like on IFC or Comedy Central.
Also when I get done with the semester, I really want to binge watch something. Perhaps Better Call Saul or one of those kinds of shows.
I just have to say that I adore tiny oranges, not only because they're sweet but also because they're so easy to peel. That's what annoys me about regular oranges - difficult to get into. These teeny tiny ones are awesome and I fucking love em.
I got a mourning dove come to my window feeders today. I was surprised the feeder held his weight because he was a fat bird. Usually my feeders gets tiny birds like finches or chickadees.
Some use it to build things like Pokemon, others use it to sperg about Pokemon.
