Well I personally think Hector is completely in on it, so he'll probably keep denying. But even if he isn't, he'll just keep denying to save face like the fat coward he is.
Right, I agree he's in on it. I meant it in a way that he could just ignore the additional proof and not stir twitter about it again. Since if he tweets out complaining that they still haven't added Byuu's suicide to the government site; it will draw more attention onto it. I suppose there might be some emulation scene people will see anyway and bother Hector with their doubts. Although their heads are already buried in the sand screaming about 'nazi farms' even though it's a government site with the proof of Byuu being very not dead.

Mostly I'm just excited to see another entertaining shitstorm once the update is out, this horse obviously isn't dead yet.

Good God, this theory actually sounds more believable than the ones people thought of before. That makes much more sense than just disappearing to sell off some rare games or something
It's even more believable than the suicide narrative. It doesn't require chrischan levels of autism or anything other than one person being a POS and one woke virtue signaler to cover for them.

I had some sympathy for Byuu, but this flushed it down the toilet.

While we wait for the next batch of documents, what does everyone think of the factual claims from Sobodash?
Specifically:
  • None of Byuu's "online retard" friends knew his name
    But what about Hector?
  • "I had to dox him in the middle of the night so police could claim the body before he started to rot."
Again, what about Hector who was supposedly right there on the phone?
  • "I had to help his husband weigh the options the embassy gave him for dealing with Dave’s remains while having no money"
Is this something embassies do? How exactly did the embassy find the husband anyway?
  • The husband was "out of work 16 months, his meager savings wiped out by COVID"
I assume doxers can confirm/disconfirm this
  • The husband had "no chance at using Dave’s accounts in Japan until after going through probate"
A quick google indicates that probate doesn't exist in Japan. Any legal eagles want to weigh in on whether there'd be any entanglements on the American side?
  • Byuu paid cash to have his balls removed by a back-alley cutter, back before he ditched his husband
Why not go to a pro if he had all that money in the bank? Gender surgery is handed out like candy in the West if you've got the money.
  • In Japan Byuu was getting black-market hormones and drugs from "random people online"
Isn't that sort of thing extremely difficult and foolish in Japan, a country notoriously hardass about illicit substances?
Even if we assume for the sake of argument that Byuu really did commit suicide when he claimed to, we still end up with a bizarre, contradictory story.

idk hector bitching about how Japanese/ American data is WRONG AGAIN and they have the worst organization skills ever, and near will pop up and be like "woah guys i didnt DIE DIE, i meant i KILLED MY INTERNET FURSONA HAHA" and then he'll be praised for being a survivor and being strong and shit and kiwifarms will be ddosed at the start of each month (i think it was around the 10th ) for like 2 months because KIWIBAD EVIL STINKY POOPOOHEADS while the troons cope, seethe and dilate harder than they ever have before
This is a better movie script than the disgrace Amazon is doing to Tolkien's legacy.

In other matters, I'm eagerly awaiting the March update to the Overseas Death List. Hoooo boy.

The Wayback Machine has archives of the death list page from late 2017 onwards. According to those archives, the earliest that a March update was released in the last four years was on March 10. So we'll probably have to wait at least a week and a half for the the next update to go public.
Troons don't care, once they've decided they believe some made-up bullshit, they never abandon their hallucinatory delusions.

I didn't look into the husband nearly at all so I don't have an opinion on the claims about him.

Regarding other things:
"I had to help his husband weigh the options the embassy gave him for dealing with Dave’s remains while having no money"
While this may not be something you think of embassies doing, embassies help US citizens when they have problems in foreign countries, so if they were in fact still married, Byuu is still a US citizen so the only suspect thing about this claim to me is "I had to help".

Usually you need to reach out to the embassy for help though, so I'd bet "I had to help" was telling Byuu's husband to contact the embassy and there may have been a conversation after the husband did where options were mentioned, but I doubt serious discussion of the options occurred with this random stranger from the internet.

The husband had "no chance at using Dave’s accounts in Japan until after going through probate"
I can believe this if they had separate US bank accounts, the probate would be in the USA since Byuu is a US citizen, and lacking a will, the accounts would transfer to the husband. I question whether Byuu would have Japanese bank accounts though, but even if he did, I suspect they would still be subject to US probate in much the same way, but more complicated because Japanese account.

Byuu paid cash to have his balls removed by a back-alley cutter, back before he ditched his husband
The statement is that he had a doctor do it "after hours" so technically it's not quite back alley, and I have seen enough about plastic surgery horrors to know that not all doctors are scrupulous. I can believe that set of circumstances only assuming the husband is in fact the source for that surgery happening, and that the husband is trustworthy.

In Japan Byuu was getting black-market hormones and drugs from "random people online"
I can believe it. Pill sheets aren't the hardest thing to smuggle and it seems like in basically every country trannies set up an undergroom railroad so they can ruin their lives without government interference.

-----------------------

The statement I'm most interested in though is this, as I realized re-reading the archive that I'm a dumbass for forgetting that Sobodash also dragged Null into this:
"Null said the same thing when I attempted to contact him the week after Dave’s death when I had been in contact with the family. I offered him photos of Dave and his husband at my wedding as evidence that I’m probably the only person online who actually knows them both."
The way this whole thing went down initially, I absolutely believe Null's supposed reaction described by Sobodash, so the only question that remains is if the emails are still hanging out somewhere or if Null even remembers this now.
If such an exchange never happened, that shoots a massive hole in Sobodash's credibility and informs the reading of everything else he says about this.
@Null do you happen to remember these emails with Sobodash, or better yet, still have them?

"I had to dox him in the middle of the night so police could claim the body before he started to rot."
Again, what about Hector who was supposedly right there on the phone?
Actually it was some unnamed "mutual friend" that listened on the phone, not Hector. I mistakenly thought it was Hector too but it wasn't, he was just the one that posted the Google doc about it in the tweet.

What are the odds that the mutual friend is Sobodash?

cant quote cuz mobile, but if what sobodash is saying about about Dave's husband having no money is true then where did byuu manage to pull $120k from for null?

SURELY his husband would have known about that

Near isn't a serial lier or anything
he wouldn't lie to his husband about killing himself, I'm SURE they spoke about everything and hid nothing from one another

unless

edit: I understand that the US embassy probably can't just siphon money from spouses accounts for things like this but I'm sure it would probably get fast tracked - implying that David's husband knew about the account

Didn't the document exclusively blame the farms? Why would Sobodash blame us in the doc and then blame troon drugs later?
if it's true I can see near saying that the farms contributed to his suicide and Sobodash going with it then after some reflection and letting grief kinda pass he might read through the 13ish page thread and see that it was a nothingburger

isn't denial the first stage of grief or some shit like that?

That's true. Also, Sobodash apparently found out about the death on Twitter, which probably means he couldn't have broken the news about it.

So that makes, like, three separate people that have odd connections to Byuu's night of the rope?
1. The faggot that listened on the phone while he necked himself
2. Hector Martin who immediately posted (1)'s anonymous anti-KF screed and apparently coordinated with the Japanese police
3. Sobodash who apparently doxed Byuu the night of his death (and also presumably coordinated with the Japanese police).

We still don't know who (1) is then.

He ditched his husband and ran off to Japan, I don't think they had any sort of shared accounts or connections by the time of the supposed suicide. I'm guessing he set up his own new bank accounts and just saved his Japanese salary there.

EDIT: on a similar topic
The statement is that he had a doctor do it "after hours" so technically it's not quite back alley, and I have seen enough about plastic surgery horrors to know that not all doctors are scrupulous.
Do we know if Byuu ever had a job before going to Japan? Maybe he went the "Dr. Nick" approach because he and his husband were both broke at the time, and he only hoarded up that cash after getting a job.
