For as smart as he likes to sound, he still hasn't figured out his argument had already been made, investigated, and dismissed. Hector's doing a lot of extra work for nothing, and all of his arguments are essentially copypasta from either here or Reddit.
Someone who can confirm or disprove my assumption will be appreciated, but I think you probably don't get counted as dying overseas if you are in foreign lands as part of a job for the U.S government. Ditto for military servicemen.
The best thing is: if Hector shut up, after a few weeks nobody would stay skeptical outside of Kiwi Farms or enthusiast communities. He's shooting himself in the foot, blabbing on about muh trolls and muh farms.

According to this from the State Department's Foreign Affairs Manual, the reporting/notification of US citizen deaths abroad who are employees of the state is not handled by the Consular but rather the Office of Casualty Assistance which was specifically created for the purpose of dealing with the deaths of US State Department personnel, following the the US Embassy bombings in Nairobi and Dar es Salaam in 1998. It also mentions specifically that military personnel reporting is handled by the Department of Defense.
I don't think reporting on how fast American Citizens are confirmed dead is as good of a gotcha as you think it is Hector, you dumbfuck.
