Contrary to popular opinion, this place is not a den for drug dealers, terrorists and whatever. So I can't really speak to how the vestigial telegram network works in the modern age. Oh my god, thank you. This is so small but so useful. I'll often browse a thread's highlights and then scroll to read the responses to a particular highlight to get a sense of the response to an event at the time, and then scroll back to the top of the page to hit the [next highlight] button. It's a super tiny thing but not having to scroll back to the top to continue going through the highlights after that is very convenient. Thank you!
