Putting this here because the shitshow is upon us. Discovery is deal with HBO Max.

It started with Batgirl getting cancelled but that's not the end.

Expect some (possibly shocking) news regarding these shows:
• Gossip Girl
• Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin
• Hacks
• The Sex Lives of College Girls
• And Just Like That
• Peacemaker
• Our Flag Means Death
• Minx
• Rap Sh!t
• Doom Patrol
• Titans
• Harley Quinn

For video games there's a lot of gloom and doom over their recent Multiversus smash clone being (potentially) cancelled now that Season 1's content drop got delayed, either it is unaffected or cancellations could be for everything
….fuck, I hadn’t considered that.

Oh it only gets worse when you think of CN/Adult Swim properties, with stuff like the Venture Bros movie that's now in the crossfires of a retarded company
Well, the game is safe, at least.

the only good thing on that list is... maybe Doom Patrol? i feel like that show's been living on borrowed time already

I was about to say, HBO has a long list of ongoing shows, but almost all of it's shit. Succession and Righteous Gemstones are great, but rounding out the top three would be hard.

I really can't see how they wouldn't just dump Batgirl, a 90 million dollar movie on one of the streaming sites, It has to cost almost nothing to put an ad on Youtube/Twitter saying its coming out on HBOMax. Leaving a basically finished film unreleased is such an unheard thing that I feel like this will happen within like the next 2 years.

Also there's apparently some Scooby Doo movie that is finished which is facing the same thing.

Supposedly, the test screenings were so poor that they're concerned it would cause irrevocable harm to the DC movie brand were it released. Which, considering the reputation the brand already has, suggests it was pretty astonishingly bad.
