Fun fact, gas stations make most of there money of what you buy inside and not outside. So if you can just buy gas, they only make pennies off that, or go to a box store gas station. I order cigars from a American company to avoid going to jeet smoke shops, in Texas you can get liquor delivered so I do the same, or you can do to specs.

Motels there isn't much of a choice if you don't want to pay extra.

A lot of these stores in texas are struggling.

Smoke shops especially are getting ripped apart. Liquor stores in nice areas barely make it when Specs and Total Wine exist.

I think American capitalism and the government is really pulling apart jeet-omics, the one thing that throws a wrench in this is the black community.

Smoke shops and liquor stores make absurd amount of money in black communities in Texas.

Smoke shops in the ghetto especially make a killing off galaxy gas. They aren't able to do it much more now, but this primarily hit the black community.

I think most people forget that the first stop for most immigrants and immigrant businesses is the black community, for better or worse.

Most smoke shops and liquor stores that are surviving are the high end luxury ones, which are usually not owned by jeets.

I'm a retard so I've always wondered why the Constitutional rights I have as an actual American are extended to any random asshole who sets foot in my country.
Can you explain this to me? Do other countries do the same for their visitors? It feels like some bullshit that only the US does for small hat reasons.

Just by observing the few screenshots you posted you can immediately tell what sort of channel and content this is (boomer-aimed clickbait trash for people to put on in the background to tell them what they "already know"). I have a boomer family member who watches similar content focused on Putin and every week it's "this time Putin is definitely finished, all his enemies are going in for the kill, he's dying of 4 cancers at once, etc etc etc" and when none of the predictions come to pass, next week the talking head just gives you another way how Putin is totally finished.

Because the text of the amendment is very clear. Unless there's a novel interpretation of "jurisdiction" unique to the 14th amendment it's fucked. Blame the drafters of the 14th amendment. It's was a Chinese guy whose case established this.
