Given their hardware is an unholy mix of Soviet-era surplus, NATO export models, and Russian/Chinese exports along with their own dogshit domestic designs, and everything else we know about how jeets run shit, capped off with their abysmal performance against Pakistan and the fact that India's military history consists of "Getting blown the fuck out and conquered by somebody else"...
I'd say that North Korea's military is in a better place. Hell, I'd say the Taliban could win a conventional war with India.
