This years April fools should be a complete redo of stickers into an updoot and kiwigold system.

And after it leaves people can bitch about wanting it to be a real part of the website forever.

let us be away with all these new fangled features and just go back to usenet, it has made a minor resurgance in the last few years, and is quite cheap :^)
no point in reacting to posts that are more than about a month old that arent on the first page of thread because no one is ever going to see it. i doubt anyone jumping into a 300 plus page thread for the first time is reading all 300 and isnt just going from page one the newest page.

You have trained yourself to use a basic web forum in the single most retarded way possible. It is so incredibly low intelligence I don't even feel bad for you. It genuinely is outside my realm of comprehension. I don't know how you did this to yourself.

If you want to propose an alternative that is not contingent on desperately and continuously tracking your reddit karma, go for it.
Do you want to make a million dollars?

Paywall sticker reactions.

Reactions received was the perfect sweet spot, and the best part about it was the random old posts it'd throw up.
This is what I particularly liked about the page besides short term navigation. It's such a simple yet wonderful amusement to be reminded of old content that made you lol and may have gotten updates.

It reminds me of how game developers, even those that I admired, have no idea how their game functions at all because of how they play versus how the community plays are so vastly different from each other.
Null gets like a billion reactions to anything he posts, so no shit he doesn't find it useful. But the average user isn't being swamped with reacts and @s so it's a useful tool for us.

So removing a feature from the entire site because a handful of users were using a script to add a feature for themselves that 99% of the user base was unaware of (but now are) is a fair and levelheaded response. Okay.
im not saying ur wrong G I'm js sayn some mfs itt are sperging and its lowk kind of embarassing GEG

Sperging and being embarrassing is essentially the whole point of this place. I would be far more concerned if people didn't autstically screech about the nonsense their personal semi-sentient rock spews.

Dude, you are the one that took it to the dark place. I was seriously just thinking of The Great Unstickering, where fucking stickers finally get banned for all time.
Someone wrote a script that fixes something he did previously in an autistic rage, and in another autistic rage made the website worse with a click of the button. Is it that much of a stretch to believe he'll do something REALLY drastic one day?

Well this is dumb. I don't watch any threads and usually just go around see if the threads I like are bumped. I even had reaction notifications disabled long before null took it away from everyone because they annoyed me. Still I liked being able to go back and look at reactions received every once and a while if only to remember what dumb bullshit I posted at 3am drunk off my ass.
I honestly thought it was kinda endearing how much josh got mad that people were not using the site the way he wanted and would post some big textwall about how nobody is using "alog" correctly. This is just fucking lame.
