I don't GIVE a shit about the numbers! I just want more ways to see recent activity aside from new posts! Now I can't even do that!

You could replace every react statistic with MUSTARD and it'd be an improvement as long as I'd get to see that some shit was going on in a thread other than me screaming into the abyss and it screaming back on occasion.

In fast moving threads it's always the (snarky) reactions to informative posts that get the highlight. Then it's a matter of searching back looking for the actual news post.
In slower threads it usually balances out more.
 
OP is clearly to blame and totally not a particular someone having a hard-line stance on a relatively mundane site feature that already had most of its usefulness removed.

Blame Null for being retarded. And blame the users above for being babies about it which will make this permanent by making Null more annoyed about their autistic hissy fits.

There's an entire genre of users here who will come to your wall to rant up a storm within 5 minutes of recieving a single negrate from you even if you've never interacted before. Interestingly, all of the on-topic boards are 99% safe from this behavior because these users don't actually use the site for any of that unless it has a tangential connection to one of their other interests.
 
I'm still not using the subscribe feature. I will not. Ever. I'll write down the threads I like reading on a paper notepad like a fucking neanderthal from the 1980's and then navigate to them manually every single time if I goddamn have to.

I like the concept of reactions. I liked the reaction score. I am not ashamed of it.

And yet the well-behaved users get punished for their misdeeds because instead of removing those specific users' abilities to react or see reactions, Null thinks the rest of the site is retarded enough to warrant disabling it for everyone else. :/
