The Last Jedi teaser is out - Breathe... Now, what do you see?

It may not be the Jedi's demise though. Luke is probably so jaded from having his order getting destroyed by Kylo Ren that he feels like there's no hope for the Jedi to ever come back. It also doesn't help that the new Jedi barely got off the ground in the first place either. Maybe at some point in the film he'll come to realize that the Jedi must continue, likely through Rey's help.

It won't be for the simple fact that Disney isn't going to throw away 40 years of name recognition and branding. I think they'll end up with a restored Jedi order that is more in line with what everyone imagined them to be when they saw the original trilogy and less the bumbling bureaucrats of the prequel trilogy. Palpatine may have been a Nazi space wizard, but he was right about the Republic and the Jedi sucking.

I know I'm late to the party, but I thought that this was a good teaser. I'm actually glad that they don't show much because I want to know as little as possible before I go in.

Visually, it looks very interesting. I really like the shot of the speeders flying across the salt plain in particular.

I enjoyed the last two Star Wars films, so I'm hoping that this film follows suit.
