And the TLOU HBO show was nominated in 5 categories in the 2023 MTV Movie and TV awards, but apparently the Tess scene was nominated for "Best Kiss":

The PC Port for TLOU1 is now up to version 1.0.2.0 now, but the performance issues still have not been fixed, and probably can't be fixed, due to how poorly done the port was:

Watching Internet Historian, the original game says that it's not that Elle is special but she got infected by a special spore. Still doesn't justify killing her by cutting everything, why not just scrape a bit? If anything, "it might give her brain damage" rather than outright kill would at least make the ending be more divisive.

So couldn't Ellie just blood transfuse it to someone and share her special cordyceps strain?

Wouldn't it have been easier to find the corpse of the infected that Ellie has lain for an autopsy/harvest?

Too late for the corpse, nevermind the question of why the spore can only be reached through the brain if supposedly you can be infected through bodily fluids (except in 2 where the spores respect lesbians so it won't infect Jewish woman for some reason).

Or the question how Ellie's spore has the effects of immunizing her from other strains, never advancing to kill her indirectly and not changing her personality.

Where did he find that "special spore" thing from? Also there are ways to get a biopsy of the brain without making (game) Ellie retarded. But then again trusting the retard Fireflies to get shit done and to do it right is the reason every discussion on the matter ends on a loop, they're all fucking stupid.

Why in the good God damn does this game justify using 28 gigs of V/RAM? That much is reserved for severely unoptimized heaps of shit like ARK and Star Citizen.

That's fucking rich. Her acting as resistance "leader" was atrocious and easily broke the tension around all the scenes she was in. Say what you want about eight-head Ellie and Juan but their acting was pretty decent and embodied the essence of the vidya's characters. If you're going to ramrod in a girlboss OC, at least cast someone who doesn't sound like they're on the verge of tears every time they raise their voice to sound threatening.
