The Last of Us Franchise - Because it's apparently a franchise now. This thread has been double-DMCA’d by Sony Interactive Entertainment.

You know between TLOU2 being a trash fire and the general state of how every ressurected franchise in the west goes to shit...

I'm perfectly fine with the announcement that they're making a canonized video game sequel to Inu-Yasha starring his and Kagome's kids. The Prologue demo is going to be the ending to the original series which they got the author to sign off on.

You're right, I am. Sorry, I get so worked up over the game. Like I said, it's simply not for me anymore.
You didn't even really try it you spaz. The camera change caused you to tardbaby rage before you got the part where you tear shit apart like the old games. The game is just Darksiders 2 with a Last of Us presentation.

We'll see: between Youtube, Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, other methods of communication like 4chan, and word of mouth, plus Sony's earnest attempt to pull off the Streisand Effect, we might be pleasantly surprised. I mean, how many people in this day and age are completely insulated from the internet, and even if they are insulated, their friends probably aren't.

Luckily, nobody actually gives a shit about what IGN et al. have to say except gaming SJWs. Seriously, gaming media has been a running joke for years now and nobody gives a shit what they have to say. If the gaming media actually had any influence left, Kingdom Come: Deliverance wouldn't have sold so well.

Faster it dies, the better.

Not sure if this has been brought up here, but did anyone else notice that the release date for TLOU2 is during Pride Month? Twitter's currently convinced that it's more than just a coincidence and I wouldn't be surprised if Sony and ND decided to drop the game on that specific month to shield themselves from criticism.

(Un)fortunately for ND and Sony, gaming SJWs are the exact demographic they're hoping TLOU2 resonates with. If they weren't why would they have a troon beat two beloved characters to a bloody pulp to begin with? This is ignoring Cuckmann's MTF troon fetish, of course.

How is Kingdom Come anyways? I was waiting for the price to drop but it sort of fell off my radar.

The mechanics in kingdom come were hard for me. I gave up in the beginning when you are fleeing because I don't get the combat and stuff.....

Also theoretically speaking what exactly can ND add or fix in this timeframe til it releases?

I generally don't like games that use Kingdom Come's save mechanic and from brief gameplay I've seen it does look a little archaic. That being said I might still give it a try, I like the time period/setting and the first person combat.

Its a great game. Very much on the simulation side, going for realism and all that, but good fun, and it actually feels like a complete game, which is more than I can say for a lot of other games coming out nowadays.

Get it on PC. There's a mod that removes the save mechanic.
