Null, did you just accidentally make Kiwifarms a socialist utopia?
Try Coinbase. They're really convenient and easy for a cryprocurrecy site/wallet/app. I have it on my phone and can check the markets, send and receive moneys, buy currency, all from there. Is there an easy PayPal -> Bitcoin service anyone know of?
Been a while since I've used Mwb, doesn't it allow for wildcards such as asterisks? So you can simply use:I run Malwarebytes and had to add several exclusions for coin-hive.
There may be others, but I haven't gotten any more notifications from the program after this.
I wasn't aware, it may work though.Been a while since I've used Mwb, doesn't it allow for wildcards such as asterisks? So you can simply use:
"*.coin-hive.com"
Instead of adding multiple variants?
I'll disable my adblock only for you Null.A lot of people want to donate to the forum but cannot. I have a terrorist who spends every waking hour of every day trying to find a way to close this website, and his fetish is trying to make the function of collecting money for the Kiwi Farms a very difficult thing. This is a pretty easy thing to do; financial processing entities are the most regulated entity in the known universe.
A lot of people who want to donate to the forum but cannot also refuse to use Bitcoin. Just absolutely refuse. I have an option for sending cash by mail, but that requires effort and postage, so most people just choose not to donate at all.
So, there is an concept of mining bitcoin by browser. Right now, you're mining for me. This is not something that anyone can interrupt. It's a system as strong as Bitcoin itself. By using the site, you're delegating a certain percentage of your processor to the Kiwi Farms without knowing it. The miner stays idle about 75% of the time, which severely undercuts how much I could be making, but it keeps the pages loading quickly and it doesn't hog your resources on your computer.
If you're running an AdBlocker, chances are you're blocking the miner. That's fine. I won't hold it against you.
The rate of payment is 0.000148 XMR per 1M hashes. Since setting up the miner about 30 minutes ago in the dead of night, the forum has already mined 3M hashes. At the current rate of exchange, that is $0.01 USD. A penny every ten minutes, 6 pennies an hour, $1.44 a day, and $43.2 a month. That's at the current rate, which will probably go way up during mid day. I could mine more, but again, that means demanding more from the forum users and potentially disrupting their computers. At the current throttle %, this is a respectable amount of income.
A lot of websites which have implemented this system have had an uproar about it because it is a bit malicious. I'm just letting everyone know now.
That sounds like a bargain! I get to financially support the website I love while not having to deal with any annoying or obtrusive ads. Thanks Null!!!
If you run a modern Chrome or Firefox, multiple tabs in incognito mode can't communicate with eachother, so you could stack that shit up.You said that modern browsers don't duplicate for tabs.
Would an ancient piece-of-shit browser do so though?
We already have Dindus Nuffins and Good Boy PointsIf Kiwi Farms was to create it’s own cryptocurrency, what would it be called?
Tardbux? Tardcum? CWCcoin?
