Not a single surprise yet through the first five picks. Looks like the Giants are giving Jones another shot, but at least he's got a pretty nice new wide receiver.

Normally, I'd say that they wouldn't have made a public announcement without having all of their ducks in a row, but this is the Bears we're talking about here...
It's not, Governor isn't gonna give them shit, city would have to do it with out a vote because lol fuck no, Johnson knows he won't be around when the first shovel goes in anyway, and they have only four weeks to convince the legislature to fund them threw a hotel tax extension. Not to mention the coming federal lawsuit from Friends of the Park.

HOWEVER, it's leading the pack of the various 'shit that isn't gonna happen in Chicago Stadiums' list.
!) 2.2bil from taxpayers (Lakefront investment is an easy sell at least.)
2) Arlington Heights (The interstate exits ALONE)
-POWER GAP-
3)Blackhawks move to Quebec, take the Bulls with them
-POWER GAP-
4) Aliens visit
-POWER GAP-
5) What ever the White Sox are trying

Atlanta continues to be Atlanta

EDIT: Jets trade with the Vikings, and the Vikes get JJ Mccarthy.

Jim Harbaugh is walking out of the draft with Brock Bowers, one way or another. Wether he uses a draft pick on him or just kidnaps him and holds a gun to his head, believe you me Brock Bowers is as good as a Charger!
Fuck

It's gonna be really fun watching this batch of rookie QB's get thrown into the fire again. We'll see who's the Bryce Young and who's the CJ Stroud this year.

The McCaskey family is too goddamn cheap to develop the land they bought in Arlington Heights. They also weren't fans of the tax assesment they received for the land. Arlington Heights also doesn't have the population size to make it palatable for property taxes to at least double for everyone that lives there. There also isn't the infrastructure in Arlington Heights to handle the town doubling in population when the Bears would play there.
So basically, you're saying that they should have just done everybody a favor and sold the fucking team. Seriously, a lot of this shit should have been apparent before they even bought the land.

The issue is the Bears owner is way too into nepotism

Streamer i'm watching is not happy the Packers didn't pick Cooper

I think they'll trade up again because its the one thing I haven't heard them talk about really. Ive heard them talk about "being a lone wolf" and picking players last year when the scouts wanted someone else and Ive heard the trade down talk, but nothing about going up.

Tbh Im just looking to get that screenshot if I end up accurately predicting what happens so I can get that endorphin rush of being right.
Yesssssss I can feel them now! Coursing though my veins, produced by the barrelful in my pituitary gland, washing over my neurotransmitters like a Tsunami tidal wave!
I
WAS
RIGHT!

I just wish they had traded up for Cooper Dejean. They can still do that tomorrow!
Oh well dopamine is dopamine!

The Falcons obviously blew this draft but what the FUCK are the Bills doing?
Getting one more pick, we will see if they fuck it up or not, they might know something we don't know but that's doubtful. I don't know why but I'm getting the feeling it's possible Pegula meddled

I think they already fucked up. Traded out of both the best WR prospects. That is their position of need.
Not to mention, one of those prospects is a combine record-breaking speedster going to the defending champs that have the best QB in the league. Baffling.

I never could quite pin down the thinking of that enigmatic football boomer. Thats part of what infuriated me about him being Michigan's HC.

Also if Atlanta hadn't taken Penix people would be discussing how the raiders offensive plan appears to be to confuse defenses as to which tall white TE is going to run block and which one is going to pass catch on any given play. They took Michael Mayers JUST LAST YEAR and now theyre taking Bowers. Raiders gonna Raider.
