Tua stans still believe he's elite. From what I have seen, he's terrible.
Tua's the definition of a glass cannon, will wreck shit until he doesn't.

Already in fire everyone mode in week 2?
It's been the same old shit for the past 2 decades with the Dolphins. Either we get blown out in the Wild Card, barely miss the playoffs, or are just dogshit throughout the season.

Mike McDaniel wants to cry so bad...

Jones sucks at processing a defense and accurately throwing, unless it's a designed run for him (who knows how long that'll last) or he's handing it off to the RB.
NFL coaches are boring. If you have a QB that can run and block and can't actually pass worth shit it's time to break out Power T.

Already had the 1st, no idea why he didn't just slide.

The definition of trying too hard. No excuse in that move. Tua has been around long enough to know that you slide, not dive. If that was 4th and Goal on the 1, then I could understand the move. But come on man, you're down 21 points late in the 4th quarter.

Also the fact he hit Damar fucking Hamlin of all people is like seeing the singularity of a black hole forming.

Tua just can't catch a break. And the fact that he's sustaining another terrible injury by getting hit with Damar Hamlin is just crazy.

For Tua's sake, he should retire. Can't even fathom how much permanent damage he's already done to his body.

If nothing else, DeVito is good for the Giants social media team. Sure you might be going 0-17, but at least you can bring in the clicks having him review Pizza around the city or something. If Daniel Jones is gonna be so bad at football, would it kill him to have any kind of personality? It's like Rainman's on an NFL team.

Anyway, looking forward to the battle of mid between you guys and Washington this week. Go Birds.
There's the whole "Cinderella Story" surrounding him too. It's a story that people like to see.

And ... Just saying: DeVito objectively played better than Jones did last year. Fact.

Scariest thing is that it wasn't even that hard of an impact and it still had him posturing. Man is just super vulnerable to concussions at this point. Someone really just needs to sit down and have a talk with him.

It is MUCH harder to be certain about having a first scrambling between the hash marks than it is for us on our couch where the broadcast marks out the down line in bright colors.
I also think Tua has a bit of a complex about not being good enough, just looking at his whole career so far, and that motivates him to take extra steps when they aren't needed.

In fairness, that's not saying much. Could be a good player if he had a better QB1 to develop
behind for a few years, but unless he gets his mob connections to kill DJ, I think his best case scenario is going to some team in need of a QB this season for a 5th or 6th rounder. I imagine Giants FO is committed to a tank this season after Week 1 anyway, doesn't matter if Jones stays healthy at that point.

He's such an overrated coach, never got the appeal. He legit looks like if the soyjak meme became a real life person.
People think he's some sort of offensive guru when anyone that watched the Fish for the past two seasons knows that's a load of horseshit. Sure, he can run circles around bottom feeders and mediocre teams but when an actual playoff contender goes against him, he's more lost than a little boy in Ikea.

I've always thought he was incredibly overrated and got a lot of hate for it. Yeah I don't care if he used the same toilet as McVay. He's not good. His entire offense relies on Tua getting the ball out immediately for a catch and run.

I pretty much stopped watching the game after this sequence.

What kind of "offensive guru" kicks a fucking field goal on 3rd down when you're down by 3 TDs?
