HOLY FUCKING SHIT, WHAT DID I JUST WITNESS?!?!

That was the most boneheaded fucking ending to a NFL game I've seen, and the Bears just pissed away 30+ seconds with a timeout in pocket yesterday to give a game away.

Incompetence on full display for the holiday weekend, WTF.

If the NFL is like pro-wrestling and its all scripted, they have done a damn good job at making the Chiefs the biggest heel, the Hollywood Hogan of football.
I don't really care about football that much, it can be entertaining. But, I hate the Chiefs and I am not entirely sure why.

Why did that dumb gorilla nigger Antonio Pierce even try to run another play? Just kick the God damn ball.
I don't blame Pierce for trying to make the field goal attempt easier, if only by a few yards. Vegas' kicker had already missed three times earlier (all from the range of 55-58 yards which would've been right around this one) in the day and didn't look right, especially on the last one.

A 54 yard attempt on the road against Taylor Swift and the Chiefs was probably going to be a miss, and even if it wound up being a more doable 44-49 yarder it was probably going to be iffy today.

Before the fumble, the ball was snapped from the 32, so 49 yarder. On one hand Carlson was maybe 3 yards short from 56 yards, but on the other hand he wasn't even close from 55 yards. Mostly because he got his toe in the ground and hit the ball with the side of his foot, but that's not a guarantee he doesn't do it again.

What I don't understand is Pierce setting his kicker up for failure by trying a 58 yarder, with 2.5 minutes left, after his kicker ran out of leg from 56. If he punts they flip field position and probably win the game.

Nigga it's the Raiders. They don't know what they're doing.

You're right, no idea what I was (not) thinking when I posted that ignoring the field position. With that fact in mind, I do maintain that I don't think he'd be getting that kick through the uprights from 49 yards in that game with how things seemed to be going.

Completely agree on that. It was straight up a bad call.

The Raiders being predictably dogshit aside - so we're all in agreement that the Chiefs are on Fraud Watch, right?

Cause this is the second week in a row that should've been a total blowout. Even the Chiefs fans I know are saying that the way they're winning is fucking retarded - the horseshoe and refball can only get them so far. Here's hoping its a first round exit, because if we get a Chiefs Lions Superbowl it's going to be a whole new level of Refball knowing those teams...

Only time I'll ever agree with reddit include arthur blank too
