Who broke Wentz? I haven't seen him throw an accurate ball all night.
I believe that it started with his trash offensive line and lack of help that he's been dealing with for a few years before slowly becoming what he is now. Every so often, there are flashes of how good he can be, but bad coaching and the lack of any offensive help caused him to deteriorate. I think Wentz just tries to do too much because his O-Line is a turnstile and almost every play he has to run for his life.

Am I the only one hoping to see a 6-10 or 5-11 division champ out of that disaster of a division?
I'm looking forward to seeing who they play. Last 2 loser division winners each won their games in the playoffs (2010 Seahawks with Beastmode against the Saints and 2014 Panthers beating a Cardinal team on their 2nd/3rd string QB). Whether or not this'll happen with the NFC Least is yet to be seen, but this is the NFL and any team can win on any given day

So who else is tuned in to Wednesday Afternoon Football?

It's weird but I'm actually kind of grateful. The game isn't in the busy Thanksgiving weekend when I most likely would have missed it, so it's a bonus game for me.

I don't think the Steelers' streak will be broken but Baltimore is showing some competence on defense so far. After a costly turnover deep in their territory, they forced the Steelers to go for it on fourth and goal, then picked it after Roethlisberger made a pass attempt under pressure.

I was able to leave work early to see this game.

Drops have killed the Steelers in red zone so far. On another note, unless the camera was aimed wrong, then it appeared to me that during the Goodell interview, that the commissioner was reading directly off of a screen (unless where he was looking at was the the screen showing Collinsworth & Tirico)

EDIT: There comes in the 3rd String QB for Baltimore because to the surprise of no one, RG3 is hurt.......again!

Did NBC run out of commercials? Why did they not take a break for the 2-minute break? Why did they not break away during the official review? I TIMED MY BODILY FUNCTIONS AROUND THESE THINGS DAMMIT

Well, gg, Baltimore. You all nearly pulled it off.

The Seattle Seahawks just added another weapon to an already explosive offense.

The NFL is reinstating Seahawks wide receiver Josh Gordon, the league announced in a statement that NFL Network's Tom Pelissero obtained.

Gordon, who was indefinitely suspended for violating the league's policy on substance abuse and performance-enhancing drugs, will be eligible to return for the last two games of the season.

The 29-year-old has experienced trouble staying on the field, previously missing two seasons and portions of other campaigns due to suspensions. But he's produced when given the opportunity.

Gordon led the league in receiving yards (1,646) in 2013, and he put up 426 yards last season with the Seahawks and New England Patriots.

Russell Wilson will now have three talented receivers to target during the stretch run, with Gordon slotting in alongside Tyler Lockett and rising star DK Metcalf.

Metcalf leads the league with 1,039 receiving yards this year, while Lockett has contributed 771 yards. Both pass-catchers also rank in the top 10 in receiving touchdowns.

The 8-3 Seahawks are in the driver's seat in the NFC West, and they field the league's third highest-scoring offense.

Unfortunately for the Seahawks, their defense is still one of the worst in the league. I have no doubt in my mind about their offensive capabilities, but their defense is still suspect, though adding Dunlap definitely helped their defensive line

He was great seven years ago and has been an inconsistent mess ever since. I'm sympathetic to his personal issues but he's been massively over-hyped ever since he came back from the first multi-season suspension. And, even when constraining to offensive improvements (like @Hadidecount1990 said, our biggest problem is defense), we need help at RB and TE before we need another WR3.

Vrabel is out here trying to play some 4D chess shit, ends up one-yard short. I hope he doesn't fuck this one up.

They get a touchdown, Corey Davis gets injured, don't do this to me man. :stress:

What the hell is going on with the Titans? I know the Browns are 8-3, but the way they're playing.....damn, Cleveland is trying to make a statement win. Guess like they heard all of the noise of how they have done badly against teams with winning records. Their 2 biggest losses came against the Steelers and Ravens, teams which have wrecked the 2 Ohio teams in their division for the past 20 years.

EDIT: Holy Shit, 38-7 Browns over Tennessee right now
EDIT 2: 38 to 20......goddamn lol

Jets are leading the Raiders by 4, about to hit the 2 minute warning. If the Jets defense manages to get a stop here they've likely earned their first W of the year.

HOLY SHIT. With 5 seconds left, Derek Carr airs it out, gets a 47 yard touchdown. Unbelievable upset, get fucked Gase.

HaHaHaHa, my sides. Could the fucking Jets have been any more blatant with the Tank today?

Wow. Single coverage of the Raiders stud WR where the ONLY play was to get to the end zone.

If Gase isn't fired they might as well put it on a billboard that that's what they're doing.

edit: Forgot to add that Boomer flat out said that in the post-game. The other in studio hosts looked REAL uncomfortable. Hopefully that bit gets put onto YouTube.

So is there anything the league can do to stop intentional tanking? I'd like to think it's not something that happens but the incentive is there.

Maybe they take the bottom third of teams and order their picks randomly rather than based on their record? I'm sure smarter people have come up with better ideas than that, though.
