I don't get this move. It might make more sense once those draft picks come out but for now I am lost
Basically the Eagles gave a first and moved down 1 spot on another of their firsts this year in exchange for an additional first next year. Giving Roseman two first round picks in consecutive drafts.
That suggests he probably views this as a draft year with a smaller talent pool, so instead of going all-in with 3 picks this year he gets two picks each year, meaning he can afford to draft the best player available as well as Hurts' replacement should he not break out this season.

And the Saints get an extra first and move up a spot on their existing first this year.

They get to spread out the pay of these draft picks. Instead of having to slot in the pay of 3 1st round picks this year, they now get to slot 2 picks this year and 2 picks next year which will be better for their cap number.

Years of doing the Simba Slide finally caught up to him.

I drive around Miami a lot and am still confused about why he thought 595 was a good place to be without a car. But Gil Brandt fucked up lol.

Wtf, negro got hit by a dump truck.

"He was attempting to cross the westbound lanes of Interstate 595 when there was oncoming traffic," Miranda said in an emailed statement.

She didn't say why Haskins was on the highway near Fort Lauderdale at the time. The accident caused the highway to be shut down for several hours, and Miranda said it's "an open traffic homicide investigation."

Here come the eulogies pretending he wasn't a third-string backup drafted way too high because Dan Snyder has a bbc fetish.

He was a better prospect than good ol’ Daniel Jones, who went ahead of him in that draft class.
....Jones is still a starter while Haskins washed out to be the Steelers backup last year.
Like, I recognize the Giants organization is massively incompetent, but I feel that even with that in consideration Jones panned out better than Haskins.

That’s a low bar when you consider the Giants and Washington. As a prospect, Haskins was better and Washington completely fucked it all up.

I love how many of the stories included a line about how he was behind Mitch Trubsiky. I failed to see why anyone would care/need to know in a story about Dwayne getting wrecked by a semi.
They were dragging Schefter for his first tweet talking about who haskins was because most people have probably forgotten him unless you are a big NFL fan, Ohio State fan, or a Washington fan
