Why whenever the Cowboys have a good game they have to follow up with a turd and barely pull it out against a team with 1 win?

Both McCarthy-coached teams and the Cowboys in general historically have a really bad habit of playing down to their competition. That and playoff Rodgers are a big part of why those early 10's Packers never saw another Super Bowl.

The other part is NFC West meme QBs.

What's the over/under that this years superbowl will feature a halftime drag show?
What motivates someone to come here across multiple accounts now just to bitch about the NFL's empty political virtue signaling like it's the greatest travesty known to man?
Are you one of the boomers who unironically got assmad about Kaepernick kneeling instead of thinking the whole thing was an embarrassing sideshow by a past his prime quarterback? Do the F15 flyovers surge blood into your nether regions?

Been a 49er fan for as long as I can remember, last Sunday's game they looked good. REAL GOOD. I know everyone is going full apeshit over Brock Purdy's performance which was absolutely amazing without a doubt but it was nice to see the entire team so well executed and tight. I was fully expecting this game to be a running game just like every other game for the last few seasons but they completely threw that out and played like they used to in the 80's and 90's back when they were on top.

Seeing Tom Brady have temper tantrum after temper tantrum felt amazing to see especially considering Purdy was the final draft pick and the 3rd backup QB and yet he showed up Brady like the career's were reversed. I'm very excited for Thursday's game, hoping they keep that momentum up. I'm praying Deebo Samuel is able to come back for any amount of this season, even if he's out for a bit he deserves to be on the field with his team for the end of the season.

I'm not going to say they got a chance in the Super Bowl considering all of their past failures but man it would be nice to see them as top dogs after so many decades.

I will definitely never tire of seeing old man Brady throw a temper tantrum. Especially after the sports news corps were throwing smoke up his ass about the Saints literally handing that old man a win by snatching defeat out of the jaws of victory.

The fact that him trashing Windows tablets became enough of a meme that the league had to step in to protect their sponsorship will never not be funny

Ken Dorsey smashing the shit out of his tablet and the camera on him was great.

I don't think either of them get fired because of the extensions which were given to them. Though if this happens again next year, then I can see them getting the boot.

On the brightside, Kyler now has the entire offseason to play video games and continue to not study
Next year may not be a good gauge because Murray won't be good to go until around this time next year. Unless they bring in some type of 'elite' QB that exposes him, Kingsbury should be safe.

Does Kliff leave all that money on the table though?
As I understand it coaching salaries are fully guaranteed. It's more a question of whether or not Bidwell is willing to eat that sunk cost after extending him last summer.
Incidentally, this is probably the only reason McDaniels hasn't been fired yet. Mark Davis literally cannot afford his contract alongside a new coaching staff. He's still paying Gruden tens of millions of dollars.

I'm sorry about your Seahawks @Absolutego
I feel like I witnessed a murder on national TV. That was brutal. Our D-line made Brock Purdy look like classic Russ evading the sack. WTB one Will Anderson or Jalen Carter this spring plz
Also we need to do something about Quandre Diggs. Earlier this season his poor performance was maybe forgiveable as part of him playing scared after breaking his leg but he was goddamn useless tonight. Man got paid and totally phoned it in afterwards, smdh.

It really is the no fun league, watching Tom Brady demolish tablets while his face twisted like a gargoyle's was the most fun professional football has been in years. Come on Goodell, that shit was entertaining af. And it would have been just as entertaining, or almost, if everybody else was doing it too. That's been stolen from us
